A typical mediterranean style villa is located on a hilly area on the outskirts of Leuca, surrounded by a wide area of the maquis shrubland with pine trees and olive groves. just a 10 minute walk from the sea and within walking distance from town center and all amenities.
You can also hire a boat to visit Leucas coves and bays, alternatively The sandy beaches of Torre Vado are just a 15 minute drive away.
The property is accessed by a private path that connects two Villas: the villa at the end of this path while the other one is found immediately at the entrance, these two units are completely independent despite the main gate in common.
The villa has many furnished terraces and balconies with parasols and loungers where one can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and of the “Canalone” (an old river bed, about 2000 years old, now covered in mediterranean vegetation).
The property is spread over three levels:
The living area is simply furnished in a Mediterranean style and consists of a dining room with table for six. A living room with French doors that lead to the main terrace and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor are a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Dining room and kitchen are equipped by ceiling fan.
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms (one of which with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe), and a twin room (that can become a triple on request) served by a bathroom located in the corridor.
An internal staircase leads up to the first floor with a double bedroom in the attic and a bathroom. The bedroom lead opens on the terrace which has excellent panoramic views of Leuca. This is the only room with air conditioner.
A guests apartment on the lower floor is accessible only from the outside, and consists of a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
