Beautiful apartment in Cannes, entirely refurbished. Located 5mn walk from rue d’Antibes, a must do shopping experience, 7mn from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, famously known as hosting the Cannes International Film Festival, MIPTV, MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPCOM and many other conferences and shows all along the year. You’re so close from everything that you do not need a car! There is even a bus stop very close for those who don't walk or want to travel to Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice or to the airport. Parking can be reserved in advance.

The neighbourhood is very much like a small village with small shops, bakery, bars, restaurants and a supermarket round the corner.

The apartment has two bedrooms (double and twin, the twin beds can be very easily be pushed together), a main room with dining table for 6, sofa and 40” LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with WC. The sofa can be turned into a double bed. Wi-Fi is available for free. All bedrooms and main room have A/C. All windows are double gazed.

We propose some options that might be of interest during your stay: Linen & Towels, House-Cleaning, Parking, Printer, French cell phone, Breakfast, Tourist Guide, Professional Massage. These options should preferably be booked in advance for availability.

Magnifique !

Appartement tout neuf, luxueux, très bien équipé, très propre. Le quartier est assez calme mais vivant, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, des boutiques et du bord de mer. C'est le propiétaire qui nous a accueilli et nous a fourni de nombreux conseils et renseignements très utiles. Merci à Laurent et à une prochaine fois c'est sûr !
