Located just a few minutes walk away from the port, beach and Provencal market, this spacious 2 bed apartment is perfectly situated to explore all that Antibes has to offer. Ideal for families or friends, the apartment can sleep 6 in 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Despite being in the heart of Old Antibes, close to many shops, restaurants and bars, the apartment is very peaceful, overlooking a quiet courtyard and garden. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and oven, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle. Wireless broadband and cable television are available and with the beach being so close, beach towels and beach umbrellas are also provided. A car is not necessary to explore Antibes and the surrounding area but paid parking is available on the street outside the apartment or in the port close by.

Best flat in Antibes!
We came To the south of France to check out the Cannes film festival. My first time using VRBO and I am so glad I chose this flat in Antibes!!
It is a 2 bedroom flat And it looks just like the pictures. I wish there were more pictures posted! One bedroom has The bathroom in it and The toilet room is outside which is kind of funny but is OK. It is super clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies. The bathroom is very modern and we made breakfast every morning.
The location is perfect right in the center of the old town Surrounded by restaurants and bars and only a few blocks away from the water and a 10 minute walk from the train station.
The host was great with communication through the website.
I hope to stay here all the time when I go to south of France!!
We had an extended stay at this Rue Aubernon apartment and it was very comfortable. As advertised, it is in the heart of the old city and close to the market, bakeries, the harbor, the promenade, beaches, and the Picasso museum. The apartment was also clean and quiet even when there was a lively scene just outside the building entry. The kitchen was very well-equipped with an excellent assortment of cooking items, a Brita pitcher, a blender, slow cooker, dishes, and glassware, all in good condition. The appliances were modern. While the WC was a little tight we had plenty of room in the larger bedroom and the smaller guest room. The shower was terrific. Valerie, the property manager was very well-organized and extremely responsive and helpful. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this apartment.

Additional information about rental rates
A security deposit of 400 Euro is required incase of damage to the property or its contents. The security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after the inventory has been completed by the agent with the client present. There is a fee of 100 Euro for laundry of bed linen and towels and final cleaning of the apartment.
