We highly recommend this high quality well appointed apartment in Estepona Port with views over the swimming pool and gardens. When coming in you walk into the hallway, with on your right a fully equipped very clean and modern kitchen with all stainless steel kitchen supplies from Fagor. On the other side you walk into the open concept lounge and dining area, with a big comfy sofa. All in relaxing natural colours and bright natural lights coming in through glass sliding doors. In the living room you find a modern looking clock and a big flat screen TV and also internet-Wifi now included in the price (Internet not included in the bookings made before the 06-04-2016). Dining area seats 6 people. From the lounge you walk to the terrace, spacious, with another dining table and chairs for 6 which overlooks the nicely landscaped swimming pool. South West orientated, perfect all year round. The apartment has full air-conditioning for cold and warm. Back in the hallway you find on the end right a twin bedroom, separate bathroom and on the left the master suite with double bed, lots of closet space and direct access to the terrace. A very modern, well presented apartment offering quality furnishings in an ideal location for your holiday in Estepona.

Estepona marina apartment, close to all facilities. The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holiday makers when visiting Estepona. This is because most things are on your door step so it cuts down on your need to drive everywhere. The port offers shops (including a supermarket), restaurants, bars, night life and one of the best beaches in Estepona - all within easy reach of the apartment. The beaches of Estepona (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) are both only about 7-8 minutes

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
