A spacious luxury villa (150m2) with 4 large bedrooms(all with double/king size beds),just a few yards from the beach in the small coastal village of Djenovic , 8 km from the historic citadel town of Herceg Novi, close to Dubrovnik and Kotor, both recognized UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Beautifully decorated, with sea views from the front roof terrace. Large living/dining area leading to the front terrace, which has dining facilities and a view of a charming boules ground. Back garden has a stone-paved patio , barbecue facilities , marble table and sink, and a large kiwi plant provides tick shade.

Living/dining room has three piece suite (one sofa bed), Persian rugs, oak parquet flooring , terrace double door and French windows, large French oak dining table with 8 chairs, stone fireplace, satellite TV , Internet .

Literally yards from the beach. Varied beaches along the seafront, which also features many restaurants, cafes, small local shops. Local tourist boats offers daily trips to the most scenic parts of the bay, and to secluded coves, ideal for day trips.

How to get there

The villa is easily accessible from two international airports: Tivat is a 30-minute drive (plus ferry ride); Dubrovnik is approximately a 45-minute drive. There are direct flights to Tivat Airport from London operated by Montenegro Airlines. BA operates daily flights to Dubrovnik from London Gatwick. It is also possible to fly with chartered operators to Dubrovnik Airport (including Easy Jet, Monarch, Norveign Airlines, Thomson). Full directions will be supplied on booking.


Herceg Novi approx 8km; Dubrovnik approx 50 km; Kotor approx 35 km; Perast approx 25 km; Monastery Savina (11th century) approx 7 km; Budva and Sveti Stefan approx 50 km; Mount Lovcen and the Njegos Mausoleum 2 hours by coach.

Further Details

Locally, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and small supermarkets, most only a few minutes away. Larger shops, banks and ATMs (one available locally) are to be found in Herceg Novi (8km). There are many opportunities for interesting day trips. In Herceg Novi many activities are available, such as jet-skiing, hiring sailboats and fishing boats. Herceg Novi has an authentic Mediterranean old town, with many public squares, small shops and galleries.
