We had a wonderful time in your beautiful city. The condo was very nice with everything we needed and more. We also appreciate taking time out to give us some travel advice , in came in handy. In fact, while eating at the landing , we met a lady traveling on "the world" cruise ship. She was delightful and shared some of her traveling experiences so I'm so glad we ate there. In fact I tried their specialty of shrimp and grits! Loved the shrimp and gravy but the grits .... well not so much.

But it was lots of fun trying it!!!

Wonderful way for our family to reconnect!

This house was clean, bright and spacious enough for our family of 6 to spread out. Our 3 teens and 1 preteen loved everything about the house. It is listed as a 3 bedroom but the closet connecting the master bedroom with the master bathroom is so big that our 13 year old put the day mattress in there and created a "cozy" room for himself for the week. The house comes with everything you need. Peg was very helpful and answered all of my text very quickly. It was like having a virtual concierge. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were great! The dining room table was the perfect size to play our nightly Setback games.

The house is in a great location. We walked to The Market, Battery Park, the water taxi to get us over to Patriots Point. We rented a car to get back and forth to the airport as well as out to Folly Beach. If you decide to do this, call Charleston Green Taxi. Their drivers are friendly, informative and always arrive at least 15 minutes early.

When we get back to Charleston, soon hopefully, we will definitely be renting this house!

Great home base, convenient location and charming atmosphere

My husband and I chose this apartment based on a number of criteria, the open spacious layout, location and most importantly it had a king sized bed. We were very pleased with the home and would highly recommend it. After long days out touring the city and eating the most wonderful food at various restaurants and then the KEY LIME PIE at Oyster House, we would say "let's go home" because it felt like home. The location was just a few blocks from getting on the Dash trolley (free, and it takes you to most places downtown and beyond). We had no need to rent a car so instead of trying to maneuver in a strange city we enjoyed the sights and literally stumbled upon some of the best dining. Close to the apartment there is Ladle's, a very charming soup and sandwich restaurant in the neighborhood. We only discovered it because we walked by it on the way home from breakfast at Hominy Grill, also close to our "home".

The apartment was open and airy feeling with plenty of light, clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well, the temperatures were in the lower 70's outside while we visited. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed but we didn't cook any meals because, well, why would we on vacation when right out our door people wanted to do it for us?

Peg was very helpful and responsive, providing answers to questions and plenty of information for our stay. We would choose this apartment again in a heartbeat when returning to Charleston.

Sisters "Gal-entine" get-away!!

We rented this perfect apartment for our sisters get-away Valentine week and it couldn't have been better!

Its just a 1 1/2 block walk from this apartment to King Street where the fun begins; and just steps away from Brown's Court Bakery (a right turn down St. Phillip's St.) where everything is delicious ~ we walked over every morning!

The apartment is well maintained, clean, comfortably furnished, more spacious than the pictures imply, with a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We liked the layout ~ all bedrooms on the second floor with the very open living area on the third. We simply looked forward to returning to it after doing the tourist things all day long!

The booking process was excellent. Thank you Peg for all the good information you provided about the area and for being so easy to rent through! We'll be back!

Lovely accommodations.

The condo was roomy and included everything you might need to make your stay a great one. It was located in an area that made walking to restaurants, stores and the like so easy. I will recommend this listing and my new friend Peg to friends. I would say family and friends but most of my family was in Charleston the weekend we were there so they heard all the good things we had to say about our condos.
