Lovely house great family location with everything you need .
The cottage is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, well equipped & all in very good condition
There was a good handover from the owner, who explained things well and then left us to enjoy the place.
The kids loved the hot tub. One minor issue if you have young children is the low sitting window in the half level lounge, which should probably be locked or bars put up when small children are in the house. I meant to mention this when we left but forgot.
Overall, very good.
Anything you want from a holiday home in Jersey is here. Beautiful house and South West facing grounds. Utility room with large fridge, sink and glasses crockery etc next to large gas BBQ on terrace was a def a plus point. Kids loved full Sky TV and movies. Excellent Miele cooking appliances - and full stock of kitchen items and day to day cleaning products useful. Lovely welcome basket of local produce essentials. Only 5 mins from St Helier and Waitrose. Mark (owner) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent place to stay. Thank you.

All beaches and amenities on Jersey are within a 10-minute drive. ABOUT THE AREA The Island is well known for its award winning sandy beaches, sheltered coves and crystal clear waters. Inland, winding lanes take you through delightful countryside. Warmed by the waters of the Gulf Stream, Spring arrives early and Summer lingers on. The weather here consistently tops the UK resort charts for sunshine hours and temperature. Jersey is the most southerly of the Channel Islands and summer temperatures average 20C.The French flavour is all around with French sounding names, continental style bistros, restaurants and pavement cafes. You do not need a passport to visit the Channel Islands unless you intend taking a day trip to France which is a short hop away by sea or air. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD All beaches and amenities of Jersey are within a 30 minutes drive. There is a restaurant and Pub, both serving food within a 10-minute walk. Rondels Country Farm shop is a 2 minute drive from the property Waitrose supermarket is a 5-minute drive. They also deliver. The following Bays are within a 10-minute drive: ROZEL BAY is a small fishing port, famous for its superb eateries BOULEY BAY is ideal for fishing and has a Padi Dive Centre. A favourite with adults and children is the large pontoon to swim out to. BONNE NUIT BAY is a small fishing harbour which is an ideal place for a quiet sunbathe, or a picnic DURREL WILDLIFE Conservation Park GETTING HERE Jersey is very easily accessible by air from most UK airports. Fast ferry car carriers links from Poole in the UK and St Malo in France. There is a conventional ferry on most days (overnight return) from Portsmouth.
