Fantastic Apartment, Location and Views!

This place is amazing! Unique, well maintained 2br flat with a loft space, right on the sea with 180 degrees views like ive never seen before. Maria is incredibly helpful and attentive and provides beach equipment and kitchen with all the basics already there which is super helpful. Location is perfect, walk to beach, center of old town, marina, etc everything within 15 min walk.

Perfect holiday home

Amazing apartment in a vibrant Spanish town.

The description of the property is 100% accurate. The apartment was spotless, in excellent condition and provided everything you could ever want from a holiday home.

The location of the apartment is ideal, over looking the sea and close to the beach, marina and old town of Llanes which has plenty of restaurants, ice creams shops etc.

The owner was very, very helpful and lives locally so would sort out any issues in a flash (we didn't have any though). You could not ask for more from an owner.

We would highly recommend, none of us wanted to leave the views and sound of the sea.

Perfect central apartment

We were very happy with the friendly hospitality of Maria Fe and her husband.

The apartment is clean and everything is provided for.

The view is great and although being very central it was quiet enough.

We will miss the gentle sound of the waves lapping against the rocks below.

Many thanks to Maria Fe,it was a lovely holiday.

Super locatie, schoon en netjes. Zeer gastvrij en persoonlijke aandacht.

Uitzicht op mooie baai met zandstrand. Ook veel keuze uit andere stranden. Leuk stadje met goede restaurants en bars. Wel druk bezocht stadje, vooral tijdens San Roque-feest. Parkeren is lastig. Maar gelukkig hadden eigenaren bij aankomst een plaats voor de deur gereserveerd!

Veel persoonlijke aandacht dus van eigenaren met leuke foto's en tips al voor, maar ook tijdens verblijf.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und trotzdem nur ein paar Schritte vom Hafen und Zentrum der kleinen Stadt Llanes mit unzähligen Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften entfernt. Direkt im Haus ist ebenfalls ein empfehlenswertes Fischrestaurant. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Wohnzimmer bietet mit drei Fenstern einen fantastischen Blick über die Hafenmauer, den nahen Strand und das Meer. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und liegen zu einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Galerie mit zwei weiteren Betten ist nur für Erwachsene oder größere Kinder geeignet wegen einer offenen Treppe. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad ist großzügig geschnitten, hat aber kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Der Strand ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, weitere Strände sind aber ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem beginnt ein Wanderpfad auf der Steilküste nahe dem Haus. Wanderwege in den Picos de Europa sind ab ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Llanes und die Wohnung sind empfehlenswert für wander- und badefreudige Reisende, die keinen Massentourismus wollen. Die Auswahl an Fisch und Meeresfrüchten in Restaurants und Geschäften ist beeindruckend.

Eine ausgezeichnete und großzügige Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer, sauber und gut ausgestattet

Eine wirklich empfehlendwerte Ferienwohnung auf einem Meeresfelsen mit Meeresrauschen und toller Aussicht. 2 Minuten zum Strand, Küche voll ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt.. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit 3 Fenstern zum Meer vermittelt vom ersten Augenblick an echte Urlaubsstimmung. Erholsam auch das große King-Size-Bett mit einer guten ungeteilten Matraze. Die FeWo ist gut geeignet auch für 2 Paare oder größere Familie. Für gehfähige Kleinkinder müsste die vom Wohnzimmer zu einem Hochparterre führende ungesicherte Treppe gesichert werden. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin (spricht deutsch), die gute Tipps zum Aufenthalt gab. Problemfreie Abrechnung. Wirklich zu empfehlen!!!
