About Lavelle

We have been going to Cannes for over 10 years and we love the fabulous beach and clear warm mediterranean sea for swimming. My children and I have all learned French in the International College de Cannes close by to our apartment. We frequent Cannes and La Napoule, the towns on the edge of Boulevard du Midi. Lovely swimming pool and beach

We stayed here in August 2017. The swimming pool was amazing (although they need to change most of the Sun beds as a lot of them having broken slats which were uncomfortable to sit on) and opposite a lovely beach which wasn't too busy and had a few snack kiosks/cafes by. The apartment itself was good but I did have one problem whereby the toilet was broken. When I contacted the managing agent, they seemed to know about it already and they did come and temporarily fix it but we had to get up early the next morning so the plumber could come and fix it. Not really what you want to do when you are on holiday and especially not on the first day and it really should have been fixed before we arrived. It was all a bit frustrating to be honest and should not have happened in the first place . The property is well furnished and the beds comfortable. Someone had taken our reserved parking space when we got there so we had to take someone else's while we took the bags in who tooted us and the managing agent had to deal with. I think they need something to keep there so other people don't take the space. Most of the other spaces had cones or gates over the spaces. I'd say you definitely need a car as it's not in walking distance of that many nice restaurants and you certainly couldn't walk to the main part of Cannes. There are buses but they didn't run that frequently. We had to get a bus to Cannes train station and this only comes once an hour whilst we were there. They do have a free bus that goes along the strip up to early evening. I would have given the property 4 stars however if it hadn't have been for the toilet situation. And the other missing star is due to a higher price than many similar apartments.

Fabulous holiday in Canne, in Royal Palm Apartment

Holidayed here with my family twice and also on a third occasion with my friends.

Loved the apartment, large, clean, spacious and modern with a fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. A swimming pool in the complex and also the beach directly across from the apartment. My teenage daughters and my 20 year old son loved the beach and also the water sports only 5 minutes from the apartment. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful walks along the coast. A lot of booths along the coast to have coffee, breakfast or lunch and numerous restaurants to choose from for dinner in both directions from the apartment. Golf course only 10 minutes away. Cannes which is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment has a great variety of restaurants and lovely side streets for shopping or just browsing. My family and I absolutely loved holidaying there and highly recommend the apartment .

Lovely modern apartment fantastic view of the sea

I have stayed twice in this apartment. My first trip was with my family in 2012 and i spent a very relaxing week there recently with my sisters.

The apartment is spotless,spacious and well provided for with a fantastic view of the sea from the balcony. We spent a lot of time on the beach, and by the pool. The pool and surroundings are very clean and well maintained.

The location is superb, the bus stop and train station in La Bocca are within walking distance.My husband and i really enjoyed our day trips to Monaco, and Cannes. The view from the top deck of the train was super.The children spent a fun filled evening at the local carnival. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, stores, bakeries and cafes close by.

Fantastic, relaxing and a perfect location

I holidayed for a week in this apartment in Royal Palm with three friends.The location of this apartment is perfect. A beautiful sea view from the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. A long sandy beach is just across the road for sunbathing or one can go swimming in the clear blue sea.

The weather was beautiful while we were there. There is an excellent choice of restaurants along the seafront, in Cannes or in the town of Mandelieu- La Napoule. Cannes is fantastic for shopping and night life and a stroll along the sea front to the town of Mandelieu-La Napoule is a must. This town is very relaxed with beautiful cafes, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. It is very clean and well maintained with air conditioning. The swimming pool is large and very clean as is the surrounding pool area. Plenty of comfort and security and a great base for just relaxing or visiting different parts in the South of France.

I would highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway. I would definitely return here.

Georgeous appartment in Cannes

We were looking for a week away in Cannes where we would have an apartment with sea view and close to the beach. The apartment in La Bocca was perfect, it is a beautiful decorated modern apartment with sea views and it balconies overlooking the cote d'azur. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed beautiful walks to Cannes and only needed to walk down stairs to go to the beach. We really recommend it.

The regular departure cleaning of the apartment (after apartment is left free and clean of any waste),and linens and towels for guest use are included in the price. Any mid cleaning on top or linen change can be arranged directly with service agent, Silvia Fiola at additional cost.
Silvia can arrange shopping and other services in advance or during stay for additional fee
Any damage to property or inventory including loss of keys, badges and gate remote control,will be deducted from the security deposit
The tenant verifies that his/her own insurance contract covers the risks of this vacation rental
To respect that the apartment is no smoking and pets (animals, fish, birds etc) are not permitted
To respect the rules of Royal Palm Apartment Complex Management Company, which are posted at the entrance to the apartment building
To not sublet the apartment or let any third party use the apartment
The service agent or her representative will be present for a final inspection of the apartment on departure and approve the security deposit refund
