About the property

The city in the country house with 2 bedrooms, large living room, garden, pool

The home side, it is a real family home we offer, one in which we live, with our books, records and lots of character. It is well equipped to live in the Provence and make the most of our beautiful Provence.

The kitchen opens on a bright living room, library, TV, stereo and wifi chain. The kitchen also overlooks a cellar (provisions of cupboards, refrigerator) that opens onto the garden through a large wooden deck at ground level. This is ideal in summer house of output under the lime tree at the edge of the pool, with tables, chairs and armchairs.

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space available to you, yet hallway with a library, bathroom with walk-in shower, etc.

The linen is provided: sheets, towels, towels (except pool towels).

The garden (800 m2), you can eat outside at the pool (8 x 4) in the shade of the old lime tree or take his breakfast in another friendly south corner overlooking the living room. Everywhere, outdoor tables, chairs, sunbeds, parasols. A small vegetable garden provides delicious strawberries, raspberries and tomatoes, depending on the season ... without forgetting the famous Provençal herbs, thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram and parsley.

We are 2 km from Aix markets, 200 m from small shops (fruit, baker, butcher butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, hairdressers & doctors ...), 3 km of a Carrefour hypermarket, 10 minutes from the TGV station and 25 minutes from Marseille-Marignane Airport. We are also close to the hill (the Montaiguet) and the banks of the Arc, where most athletes will make their jogging.

"Indian Forest", a course in the trees and great fun for all ages and all levels is 200 m.

Above the house a small independent apartment is inhabited by a nurse.

See you soon.

  • 4 of 5

Spa town, city of arts, Aix en Provence is the French town probably has the richest real estate. City to 200 townhouses and 40 fountains, "A blind man believes it rains, but if he could see without his cane, he would see a hundred blue fountains sing the praise of Cézanne" says Jean Cocteau.
