Very central in Paris, it is close from many famous places such as Hotel de ville or Notre Dame. Nearby the Seine, it is ideally served by the transport.
On the 3rd floor with lift, the apartment is composed with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. It is spacious and bright with its 12 double-glazed windows which make it quiet and comfortable.
The entrance gives onto a hallway leading at the end to the living room, composed with 1 sofa and 4 armchairs, offering an overview on the rue de Rivoli. This room also has a nice balcony which offers to enjoy the last sunrays of the day.
The living room has television with international channels, unlimited wireless with high speed connection and a landline with free international calls for more than 100 countries landline and cells for US, Canada and France. The living room gives to the separated fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction stoves, American fridge…
The hallway also leads on the left side to the first double bedroom with its queen size bed. The bathroom with bathtub and separated toilets also give to the hallway.
From the living room, on the opposite side of the first bedroom, another hallway giving to the master double bedroom with its own bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a faucet and a macerator toilet.

We were two couples touring France and this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was perfect. It was decorated with style, comfortable and of all of the apartments we have rented in Paris, this is the best location. We prepared two home cooked dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bath has a wonderful whirlpool bathtub that was perfect after a full day of touring Paris. The small balcony nicely faces the street corner below, so you can enjoy your glass of wine and watch life on the Rue de Rivoli in Paris from above. This lovely apartment has a secure street entrance, an elevator and another secure door at the apartment. The location is ideal. It is one block from the St. Paul metro station on line #1 (Ligne 1) which was the first and therefore is the central metro line in Paris. Additionally, 1 block away is the bus stop to catch bus#69 that takes you to most of the major Paris sites including Notre-Dame, Tour Eiffel, Musee du Louve, Musee d'Orsay, and Rodin Museum. Upon arrival, we were met by Samia, who checked us in and explained everything out the apartment. She had provided much helpful information before we arrived, and all of her communications were timely. Check out was easy too. If you are a first time visitor to Paris, this apartment will make your trip easy and comfortable. If you have visited Paris many times, this apartment will be an upgrade.
Arrived back home yesterday after eight nights at this apartment! We were there to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary with another couple. The apartment was delightful! Plenty of room and privacy for two couples, and lots of room for entertaining, including plenty of glassware and plates and an extra leaf in the table so we could all sit around and enjoy a delicious meal. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we bought food at the market which was a short walk away and cooked several meals there. A full-size refrigerator is a very rare thing indeed! The apartment was full of light, with a wonderful balcony to look over the Rue de Rivoli, but also not too noisy. I read other reviews about the noise but actually it was not too bad. The front bedroom is quieter than the back bedroom. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights of Paris. This was the best place we've ever stayed in Paris-we will be back!
Samia's service was the best ever. She personally took care of our friends on their first trip to Paris. The apartment was every thing promised. It is so well located and has all the features of home. The only negative is the street noise. When you close the windows it is minimal but it might bother some. We walked almost everywhere and we are grandparents. The restaurants nearby are great.
This is a great apartment. Very spacious and well equiped. Even an ice machine! The apartment did not disappoint and looks exactly like pictured. It is on a busy street but it's Paris and to be expected. The apartment was very clean and was full of cute Parisian charm.
Just 100 meters to St Paul metro stop on line 1 couldn't have been more convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside your door plus walk anywhere in the Marais quickly.
The property managers of Glamap arise where very nice and so helpful. We arrived early prior to check in and since the apartment was not occupied, they allowed us to check in early. They were very prompt in meeting us at the property. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received.
I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.
The property was clean, very spacious and our two week stay in April 2016 was hassle-free and most enjoyable. We walked to many of the Parisian sights (it was unseasonably cold but mostly dry so walking was brisk but good :-) and we frequently used the nearby Metro train station (with trains every 1-4 minutes) travelling around Paris was excellent. Having the best falafel restaurants just up on the Rue des Rosier and being able to walk back to the apartment to eat them was almost indulgent. We always felt safe and secure during our stay in Paris. Vive la France
We spent 10 days in the apartment with our granddaughters. The apartment was fully equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a necessity with teenage girls. The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to the number 1 Metro line which we fully utilized to explore paris. The kitchen is modernized with a very nice and refrigerator/freezer, uncommon in Europe, as well as a cooktop, oven and microwave oven. When the internet stopped working they quickly fixed it while we were touring and because our granddaughters did not like espresso, they even brought over a new drip coffee maker. Their service was excellent. The apartment is right on the Rue de Rivoli which is a very busy street. Thus, and especially for the front bedroom and the living room, there is a lot of street noise. We prefer fresh air and open windows so be aware that the noise can intrude on sensitive sleepers and can overwealm the television sound. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at 26 Rue de Rivoli very much and would recommend it as a very centralized and accessible apartment.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.
Payments by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer are accepted. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night.
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
