Mark's condo is fantastic. There is a golf course beside it for golfers (or a nice place to walk) and pool with palm trees is super relaxing.
There is also a Whole Foods within walking distance and a number of restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. With the Phoenix heat you will be thankful for the underground parking - although I wish I was there in January so I could have tested out the gas fireplace.
I highly recommend this place and would stay again.
It was interesting to read the most recent review from a tenant who obviously arrived after ourselves. We stayed in this unit in March 2014 and found it to be terrific! Yes there was a towel bar on the bathroom floor on our arrival but this certainly did not justify a complaint/review of this nature. We would highly recommend this condo! The owner was a pleasure to deal with.
Definateley Not a Luxury Condo!
The property has little to no maintenance...sinks drain poorly..towel rack fell off wall...smoke detector battery went in middle of night...kitchen table wobbles profusely, kitchen counter chairs coming apart...bath mats so dirty we went out and bought our own...kitchen pots dirty in cupboard...kitchen place mats and pot holders had gobs of goo on them....emailed owner & got no response....would not recommend this rental.
It's amazing that all of my other hundreds of Guests had absoltely NO problem with my property. This guests says that I didnot respond to him, well in fact if he ever had a problem whie he was staying there never once did he ever call me and leave me a message to any issue or complaint. Further, once he departed he sent me an E-mail to his displeasure which was immediately forwrded to my maid service. For the past week I have been in constant contact with the Owner of the Maid service who found that thonly matter that can be substaintiated was the fact the towel bar in the secondary bathroom was in need of repair, which has been addressed and rectified. I have worked very hard to keep this property in presitine condition. If a drain clogs up, well all he had to do is call me and I would have had someone respond immeditely, however never once did I ever receive a message to that effect. In regards to all of the other items that he has brought to my attention, I had the Owner of the Maid service address his complaints and found ALL of them completely UNFOUNDED.
I have been renting since 2007 with renters staying 3 or more months and have given me rave reviews.
Some people just need to find something to complain about. This is the same Tenant who was looking for a discount, which I gave him because he was a retired Canadian Police Officer. Then he refused to send a Cashier's check as he stated he didn't trust internet transactions so he did a bank deposit transfer, which I was charged for. I bent over backwards for this Tenant and it still didn't make him happy. Some people are just angry about anything.
wonderful condo in the best part of town
I just completed a 6 wk stay at this wonderful condo, recovering from surgery and had several visitors during that time. we found the condo very confortable, ideally located within Paradise Valley, very close to good shopping and entertainment, backs up to a golf course, has a nice pool and a gym. The community is quiet, safe, gated. i would recommend this condo and plan to use it myself in the future as well. The owner Mark was very helpful and nice. The condo did not lack anything at all, it was just perfect. There is underground parking to keep your car cool and safe, there is an elevator, and there is a private patio which was nice in the mornings and afternoon while relaxing at home.

We used this condo for 3 weeks and found it to be very convenient and comfortable. The underground parking was a real plus for us.

We came from CO to visit friends and family and to do some shopping. The condo was lovely.Spacious well appointed and very clean. Would definetly stay here again. Mark called to make sure that everything was ok. That was nice.
This complex is centrally located in the heart of Paradise Valley. With the Paradise Valley mall within walking distance and all of the shopping, recreation, and four star dining within 5-10 minutes of the complex.
Adjacent to Scottsdale this area is the prime vacation spot to satisfy any vacationers needs.
Within 15 miles to Phoenix/Sky harbor airport all travelers will be at the complex within 20 minutes of arrival.
