It has tile and Pergo floors, a king-sized bed bed, a walk in closet and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. The apartment has central heat/air conditioning as well as large screened windows and screens on front and balcony doors to let in fresh tropical cross breezes off the Gulf of Mexico.
