This apartment is located in the beautiful district of Malagueta and has everything you need for a perfect holiday: Nice views, located less than one hundred meters from the beach of La Malagueta, a few meters from the Marina Pier One and the Centre Pompidou Malaga can reach the center of Malaga in less than ten minutes walk, a pleasant walk through the Palm of surprises. It offers a unique opportunity to discover Málaga in the best way, combining your city break with a beach holiday in an atmosphere of the elite in Malaga.

It has beautiful views of the Moorish fortress of Alcazaba (XI century) and the Castle of Gibralfaro, the seaport 'Dock-One', the Centre Pompidou Málaga, the Park and the Cathedral.

The apartment consists of a bright living room with two windows with beautiful views, a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs and flat screen TV.

It has a modern kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee and eating utensils and cooking.

One bedroom with a window with a view, a large double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and modulated closet.

A cozy bathroom with outside window, bidet, shower and washing machine.

It has Wi-Fi free of charge and air conditioning / heating.

It is located in a quiet and safe area in a building with elevator, near the bullring. It is surrounded by shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy 24h. The area has a wide range of leisure activities such as boating, bike rental etc. and a wide gastronomic offer of bars and restaurants to the best restaurants in Malaga as the Refectorium or Café de Paris.

We can provide private and secure parking for € 10 per day. Parking is located 140 meters from the apartment.

Our stay in Malaga was wonderful!

The good: The apartment was very clean, modern and well appointed. The view of the city was nice. Walking distance to the Beach and lovely restaurants. Walking distance to the old part of the city.

Luis was a perfect host. Gave us a map of the area, and suggested some nice restaurants and must see sights.

The Bad: I didn't much care for the two twin size beds instead of a King or Queen. The couch could use some side tables. (not really bad things)

I wouldn't let these small things stop you from staying in this very nice rental. It seemed almost new. With two markets just around the corner, entertainment, Restaurants and the beaches so close, it's hard to find a nicer place to stay.

If I come back to Malaga I will stay here again!

Very nice location, very central

Super nice, very clean. Kitchen very small, maybe too small for italians, because we loooove to cook. Just few pans available. Parking available for 10 euros per day.

Location location location

Great location at the end of the "A" bus from airport, 10 minute walk from ferry, 20 minutes from Train and bus stations. Beach is 5 minute walk, food stores within 10 minutes. 15 minute pleasant walk to "Centro" area.

Apartment is great for 2 people with reasonable cooking facilities. If doing a long stay having washer was very handy and the outside drying was great.

Excellent Wifi reception. TV has Spanish stations only.

Luis was a great source of information and very helpful.

Our stay was 21 days and we used the apartment to be able to do day trips. Walking at night was no problem from bus station.

Minor irritant 2 single bed close to each other, solution we tied the frames together.

Overall we enjoyed the apartment and the location was great for us and such a nice night view of the town was perfect.

Sehr schönes, kleines Apartment in guter Ausgangsg

Schönes Aparatment im 10.Stock (= tolle Aussicht) direkt am Hafen. Zu Fuß ist man nach 20 Minuten direkt in Malaga-Zentrum. Sehr positiv: sehr gute Matratzen und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter Luis war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gab gute Empfehlungen. Vom Flughafen fährt eine Buslinie bis auf 100m Fussweg zum Apartment.

Herzlichen Dank noch einmal, Luis, für die sehr freundliche Aufnahme.

Danke an den Vermieter der sich um alles perfekt gekümmert hat.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen alles war perfekt vorbereitet.

Die Wohnung war in einem top gepflegtem und sauberen Zustand.

Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es fehlte nichts der Vermieter hatte

an alles gedacht. Kostenlose Getränke befanden sich als Willkommensgruß im


Meer und Hafen lagen direkt vor der Haustür, so dass man zum schwimmen mal eben um die Ecke gehen konnte. Ich werde wieder kommen und hoffe diese schöne Wohnung wieder anmieten zu können.
