Quiet 2 bedroom apartment accommodating up to 7 people. Close to everything

Excellent value for money. Close to everything… central London, tourist sites, a shopping mall, supermarkets etc. Peaceful, bright and spacious apartment. Excellent central heating especially for the current wintry months. Outstanding quality in everything; sheets, towels, kitchen utensils etc. Feel at home in this clean and comfortable apartment that benefits from two generous sized double bedrooms and a cosy living room with a large leather sofa which doubles as a sofa bed. It also boasts of a fantastic well-equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom and toilet (convenient for larger groups of people). The living room benefits from a large TV and DVD player with a generous selection of films which you can watch at your leisure. This apartment is only 3 minutes walk from the local Underground station Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line and is then only 10 minutes to Central London (Kings Cross - Zone 1).

PRICES: OFF-PEAK AND PEAK PERIOD(1/07-31/08, 1/04-30/04, 14/12-15/01)

Why The Owner chose London

Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the tube, buses, Central London, museums, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Piccadilly Circus, Nelson's column, Eurostar.... and also a delightful place to sleep to recover from all that sightseeing..... what else could you ask for!

What makes this apartment unique

Clean and quiet. It's hard to believe that you have a tube station only 3 minutes away that will take you to Central London in only 10 minutes and a shopping mall 5 minutes that boasts many of the shops that you will find in Central London.

We had a wonderful stay with everything we needed. Michelle is a very welcoming and helpful host so can only say that everything was perfect. The flat is just in the right location for getting around and also lots of good shops nearby.

Schöne,gutgelegene ruhige Wohnung

Sind total freundlich vom Vater begrüßt worden!Alles war vorrätig und die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Betten sind hervorragend.Alles war oberflächlich sauber.

Wenn jedoch einmal richtig saubergemacht werden würde, dann wäre es eine toootal tolle Wohnung!

Aber wie heißt es so schön: Anderes Land, andere Sitten!

Man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs!

Achja, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Tube (Underground) und Bus ebenfalls!

Great location for getting around

Michele could not be a better host. When we had a problem it was immediately sorted out, she also left chocolates to say sorry. The flat is well equipped, comfortable and just what is needed as a base when sightseeing. Much better than a bland hotel room. The flat is a short walk from Turnpike Lane Station and there are plenty of places to eat around. We had a lovely stay. This was my first time using Homeaway, but it wont be my last. It was so nice to be able to relax back at the flat, have a brew, and do a bit of laundry if needed. We all loved it!

Comfortable and convenient

A very big THANK YOU to both Michele and her Dad for making our stay in London so comfortable. Everything said in the ad is as it is and more. The house is very conveniently located, is quiet and makes for very easy sightseeing around London. The tube is just minutes away from the house (and yes we are over 50 years old and were carrying 2 big suitcases with us and we had no problem). Michele's dad met us at the house and showed us everything and couldn't have been more welcoming. We will definitely be returning!"

Sevizi e tranquillità - consigliata

L'appartamento si trova in una zona popolare di Londra a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della matto Turnpike sulla linea Piccadilly che porta direttamente in centro. Nei pressi ci sono negozi e ristoranti, un centro commerciale sempre raggiungibile a piedi e due supermercati (lidl e tesco) . Si tratta di una classica casa a schiera tipicamente british su due piani. L appartamento è al piano superiore e consta di due ampie camere cucina salottino e bagno.

Michele è disponibile e gentile .

L'appartamento è pulito e munito di tutto. I letti sono comodi . La moquette è ovunque tranne che in bagno e cucina quindi non si può entrare connla scarpe, ma bisogna lasciarle ai pieni delle scale . Il bagno è separato in due locali. Uno piccolino con il solo water e l'altro con lavandino e vasca/doccia. Acqua calda abbondante e termosifoni accesi. C'è anche la TV con sky per chi fosse interessato.

Io facevo colazione a casa utilizzando il tostapane, uscivo e vi rientravo la sera . La strada su cui si affaccia la casa è silenziosa.

It is also located 3 minutes walk away from Turnpike Lane Tube station (zone 3 on the Piccadilly Line) and is on a busy bus (and night bus) line. It takes 10 min to reach central London (Kings Cross - Zone 1) and 15-20 min to get to touristy Central London by underground. Less than 50 kms away from Oxford.
