Unfinished property not as described.

I am afraid I have to agree with Sophie H. Firstly property very difficult to find as down an old lane which I drove up and down many times as could not find the property. When eventually found it, discovered it was alongside a busy train track. No sheets or towels provided for the beds had to pay extra for each person extra if wanted towels and sheets. It was not mentioned that the owners had an Alsation dog and many cats that wished to enter the apartment all the time which means we kept doors closed most of the time while on holiday. I was told I should have just kept chasing them off. Our 3 year old daughter wanted to desperately play in the garden but due to the dog being loose, and even though good with me who knows with strange children how he will behave especially with owners children mostly in garden. Besides the dog and many cats in the garden the garden also had many cactuses, garden not maintained, pet faeces and rotten fruit in grass as well as broken trampoline with spikes in air alongside new one it just was not safe for her to play there. Unfortunately there was no separate terrace for the apartment or separate garden so we did not get any privacy for relaxing in or putting out washing to dry as owners apartment on floor above overlooking this rental apartment and garden, and exterior stairs from their apartment to the garden went in front of rental apartment windows and doors for bedroom and lounge which made us keep doors and shutters closed as well as to keep animals out to get privacy from owners passing up an down the stairs. The 2nd bedroom was as per Sophia's description in previous comments, two basic single beds with no storage in the room and the windows overlooked a builders yard also situated in the garden so no pleasant views. The bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable and kept sinking into the middle, there was room for a built in wardrobe and a set of wonky shelves in it and a rail in another cupboard with 4 hangers. No effort spared. We had to keep everything in cases as no room to hang anything or put on shelves and no drawers. A little work on the premises would have helped drastically rather than charge for everything without doing anything. I was even told at the end that the apartment was a bit dusty even though we came to a black base in toilet, and that a cleaner would need to come specially to clean the apartment at short notice which would cost and be taken out of my deposit which has not been returned.

Nous venons souvent dans la region et sommes heureux d'avoir trouve ce mas ou nous avons passe de superbes vacances dans une maison agreable, confortable et bien equipee. Idealement place , proche des plages et de l'espagne et en plus un accueil chaleureux.

Accueil parfait

Accueil parfait dans un charmant mas . nous avons eu un peu peur des nuisances du à la proximité de la voie ferrée mais nous avons été surpris finalement par le calme.Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute , nous tombés amoureux des chevaux et du berger allemand à tels point que nous avons acheté un chiot à notre fille qui n'a pas arrêté de nous parler de la belle bergère. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un bel endroit. nous conseillons vivement.

excellent séjour

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de connaitre sur Perpignan un endroit aussi inédit, en effet le jardin est immense , des arbres de toutes variétés, surtout les bananiers... La maison est très bien décorée et surtout bien équipée. Je recommande vivement , la piscine est belle et le logement est idéalement situé, très bon point de chute pour découvrir la région en famille ou entre amies.

Propriété coincée entre la voie ferrée à 20m, côté cour, et la voie rapide à 50m (côté piscine), quelle déception à l'arrivée!! La location ne correspond pas totalement à la description faite : la 2ème chambre avec le lit XXL n'existe pas, il s'agit en fait d'une pièce sombre, avec fenêtre s'ouvrant sous le balcon et servant de dépôt (tondeuse, matériaux divers,...). Il n'y a aucune armoire pour le rangement, la seule penderie contient une petite étagère et un portant cassé avec 4 porte-manteaux. La vaisselle est réduite au strict minimum (assiettes, verres, couverts, une poêle et une casserole).

Le jardin manque d'entretien, la piscine ne correspond pas à la photo (même si elle est très bien).

Nous avons été très déçus par cette location, à part l'accueil des propriétaires et de leurs filles qui sont très gentils.
