CHARMING DUPLEX IN PEACE IN THE CITY CENTER WITH OUTSIDE, PARKING FARM

Duplex apartment crossing with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine. From the living room you access a 25m2 terrace facing south and without opposite with plancha available for the summer meal with friends.

It has the ground floor of a 45m2 living room with terrace, fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a very spacious double room with bathroom (shower + bath).

Upstairs are two bedrooms (one baby room and a bedroom with a single bed and extra bed), a bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a loft with sofa bed

The apartment is particularly quiet and pleasant.

It was completely renovated in 2014. Air conditioning was installed at that time.

You will have a parking space with electric gate.

The apartment is close to everything: 10 minutes walk from the Old Port, 3 minutes from Place Castellane (Metro, Bus, Taxi station, supermarket, butcher, delicatessen ....), the motorway towards Cassis, Bandol La Ciotat is a 5 minute drive.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was fantastic, and very well equipped. Juliette communicated everything promptly with us and was very helpful. We arrived very late in the evening and still arrangements were made for us to arrive. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't make the most of the apartment, but we wished we could have stayed for longer and would be happy to return.

Calme et agréable

Très bien situé cet appartement est au calme avec une très belle terrasse. Le propriétaire est de bon conseil et la place de parking appréciable . Parfait pour un week-end à Marseille en famille.

Beautiful house at great location!

We had a wonderfull stay at this beautifull house. Only a short walk down to the port. We stayed with a group of 6 and the house was well equiped with everything that we needed. I would highly reccomend juliettes place If your are visiting Marseille.

L'excellence du choix

Sans les propriétaires de ce logement notre séjour marseillais eut été différent. Le service de nos hôtes était exceptionnel, les aménagements et les équipements font apparaitre un gout pour le design l'occupation des espaces et la qualité des fournitures. Un garage en centre ville, un véritable luxe et un aspect pratique qui embellit le séjour. Rien n'est loin tout est proche du cœur de la ville. Tout est minutieusement entretenu et les arbitrages des propriétaires judicieux. Effectuant régulièrement des moyens séjours dans le 6 eme, nous reviendrons immanquablement vers les propriétaires et jetterons au rebus nos années d'errances hôtelières dans la cité phocéenne.

parfaitement parfait

Cet appartement porte bien son nom (duplex luxe calme), ce fu un séjour très agréable pour nous et nos invités canadiens, à proximité de tout commerce, du vieux port et, le mucem, de Castellane, les navette du vieux port pour visite des magnifique calaques, et après nos longues journées de loisir c'était un plaisir de retourner dans ce chaleureux duplex climatisé, très propre fonctionnel décoré avec beaucoup de gout, très fonctionnel, sans oublier cette terrasse sans vis-à-vis, les chambres à l'étage avec ses sanitaires nous ont permis également d'avoir notre intimité mm en famille, je vous le conseille fortement, et j'y reviendrais sans hésiter, les propriétaires étaient disponible afin de répondre à tt questions, très rageants et sympathiques.

Excellent séjour, appartement magnifique !

2 semaines passées cet été. Les photos sont tout à fait fidèles à la réalité. Appartement magnifique, lumineux, dans une rue au calme et très propre ! Déco de très bon goût. Un plaisir d'y retourner tous les soirs !

Super pratique d'avoir un parking.

En plein centre, à 10 mn à pied du vieux port et d'une multitude de magasins !

Très belle terrasse avec plancha et mobilier chaleureux.

Super accueil avec petit guide d'utilisation des principaux appareils de la maison. Les grands lits sont de très bonne qualité. Machine Nespresso, top quand on y est habitué.

De la place dans les placards pour les affaires.

Cuisine super fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire.

J'y retournerai sans hésiter !
