This is a large spacious duplex (on two floors) penthouse apartment situated in an elegant, centrally located Regency Town House at the top of one Brighton and Hove's most prestigious squares. Oblique sea views can be seen from the bedroom and living room.

It has three bedrooms, a very large living room with dining area that can seat up to 12. It is the ideal location for family gatherings and hen nights. A large fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms. It takes up two floors of a large and very elegant Regency building. For groups over 12 there is the option at additional cost of booking another stunning apartment on the floor below which will allow you to accommodate groups up to 16.

There are original period features throughout. Newly fitted bathrooms and a kitchen. Spacious and flooded with light bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Views down to Brunswick Square and the Gardens.

It is centrally located and within a one minute walk to the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk away including Brighton Sea life centre, The Palace Pier, The Royal Pavilion, the historic Lanes shopping area, The Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

Why Catherine Lane chose Hove

I bought my first apartment in this building in 2006 and now have bought all the remaining apartments and turned them into high quality holiday rental accommodation. I fell in love with this building due its fantastic location. It is situated with views over one of Brighton and Hove's most prestigious Squares with views down to the sea. The property itself is also very elegant with many period features. This apartment which is the largest available to rent in the building is over two floors and gives you a great sense of space. You have a large entertainment area because of the size of the building which you simply don't get in normal house rentals. All the fixtures and furniture have been bought with quality in mind.

What makes this apartment unique

A very spacious property in one of the best and most central locations in the city. The property has fantastic views from every room and from the front of the building you have an oblique view of the sea and the stunning recently restored Regency gardens in the square.

Gorgeous property, very responsive owner

The stay was first class due not only to the gorgeous property but also to the excellent owner. The property has views of the sea as well as Brunswick Gardens but is also ideally located for access to both Hove's vibrant shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars but also the beach.

The interior is stunning and spacious (no wide-angle lens has been used in the gallery pics here!)

The owner, Catherine, was extremely responsive from the very outset and made organising the weekend a pleasure. Even afterwards, the deposit was back in my account with a couple of days.

We will be back!

Please note weekend nightly rates in October to March are for groups of six people. An additional charge of £50 for a two night weekend booking is payable for any additional guests over this rate. In April to September the weekend nightly rate is for groups up to 12. Late check-out for 12 instead of 10 or early check-in from 1pm instead of 3.30pm can be purchased at an additional £30 for either or £60 for both. Daily parking permits can be purchased and cost £12 a day. Please note the mid-week price is based on the number of people in the group. The £125 rate is for group sizes up to 4. A £25 extra charge per head is chargeable for group sizes over this in high season only. Please note on mid-week prices a £25 per person minimum charge applies at all times of the year. Please note this property is VAT registered if you require a VAT invoice. Please note any stay over a Friday or Saturday night incurs the minimum two night weekend price.

A booking deposit is required on booking. The balance is then payable no later than a month before arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
