great apartment, beautiful town, generous hosts
Such a lovely little place. Patrick and his family were such kind and generous hosts even buying bread, meat, wine, and cheese for us. The village is simply beautiful. From there we were able to make day trips to Versailles, Paris and Giverny. But some days we just enjoyed strolling the village and the local forests. For history buffs there are some medieval as well as ww2 sites of significance in and around the village. The kitchen is small but we still cooked a few meals there. There is a washing machine for your clothes. And our daughter enjoyed the cat that lives in the garden. Highly recommend.
Beautiful, relaxing place with very accommodating hosts
The property was charming - lots of lovely light through the many windows, lovely views of the church and skirts of town.
Our hosts has prepared welcome drinks, pate, cheeses, bread.
We were very comfortable and enjoyed the stay and the surrounding area. The wood burner was well stacked for quiet cosy nights in
Less mobile folk might have trouble with the stairs but otherwise we would highly recommend.
If staying, visit the town Boulanger and the Restaurant de la Halle.
Thanks to our wonderful hosts!
Brendan & Kerry were perfect and were very attentive. We highly recommend them!
