On entering the hallway the luxurious fully equipped independent kitchen is off to the left, and the guest cloakroom is on the right. Straight ahead is the large lounge dining room which is light and airy and opens out on the enormous wrap around terrace with sea and port views, which offers various options for al fresco dining. There is seating for up to 9 people, there is a gas BBQ for the master chefs that come on a holiday and there are 4 top class sun loungers to relax while your meat will be grilled. Also off the hallway to the right is one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and access to the front terrace. Stairs from the hallway lead to the next level where the master suite is situated which also has an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with even more spectacular views down to the port and out to sea. Also on this level is the fully family bathroom and the third bedroom which has a 120 cm wider than normal single bed plus two comfortable single beds making it ideal for children. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and the terrace will make sure you enjoy every sunbeam there is. All in all this is the perfect place for relaxing and being in reach of nightlife if desired.

Five minutes walk to Estepona Port and beaches. This development is a complex of beautifully designed apartments built to the highest standards within a few minutes walk of Estepona Port with all of its restaurants, bars and nightlife and of course the marina. The lovely old town is about fifteen minutes walk away with its cobbled street and whitewashed houses harking back to the days when it was just a small fishing village. Puerto Banus and Marbella are about twenty minutes drive away and the border for Gibraltar is forty minutes drive. You can book several excursions with us to see dolphin, to go on a Ronda by Train trip or to discover new cultures in the African continent.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
