This sunny two bedrooms apartment is located on the border of the 8th and the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
Calm and cozy, it is on the top floor of the building, which makes it very luminous. The apartment has elevator to the 5th, and one floor walk to the 6th.
There are 3 large windows in the living room, each has a small balcony;
The living room has a 3-seater sofa as well as 2 armchairs.
You can watch cable television including international chanels from the living room.
The newly refurbished kitchen is facing the entrance, and is fully equipped with modern and stainless steel appliances.
It has a coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, electric stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils you need to prepare the perfect diner.
There also is a wooden dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
At the end of the kitchen you have the corrider, with the two bedrooms on the right and the two bathrooms on the left.
The first bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds, the second one has a queen size bed. Each bedrooms has a windows with a small balcony.
The first bathroom has a shower and a toilet while the second one has a washing machine and a dryer in addition of the bathtub and the toilet.
The top-floor views are truly splendid.
Bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided. Wifi, phone, and cable TV are also free of any additional charge.

This apartment was perfect for two women (who like plenty of space) to explore Paris. Two reps met us upon arrival and acquainted us with the apartment. A couple of our special requests were met within a couple hours. The top floor in this quiet building means great views in two different directions, especially from the 5(!) French balconies. Temperature control is separate for each room, and easy to regulate. Furniture is comfortable and sufficient. Windows are well constructed to completely block any street noise.
The metro entrance is right in front of the building door, making it easy to get around the city. There is a great pastry shop right around the corner, meaning excellent breakfast every morning. Grocery store is within a couple blocks. Good restaurants and two Starbucks are
within 3-4 blocks.
When I return to explore more of the city, id be happy to stay here again.
First of all, we loved working with Samia from GlamaParis. We've never had such a professional and pleasant real estate agent in Paris as her. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions and take care of details (cars, keys, meeting you at the apartment, explanations of how everything works, etc) for you. She and the agency are a great find! In the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually nicer than the photos in the listing. There was plenty of light from all the windows and the four balconies that let you step out and really enjoy a Parisian moment. It was very clean and well-maintained. Although it's in a busy area, between the double-paned windows and air-conditioning (we visited in June), we always slept well and found it relaxing. You're just a few blocks to shopping (Galeries Lafayette & Printemps) and the metro entrance is at the foot of the building. Since it's basically the Gare du Nord stop, you've got a ton of metro & train (RER) options. Yes, there is a view of the Eiffel Tower (when it's not cloudy) from the living room and the two bedrooms---very romantic. One great thing is that the apartment is on the top of the building (all the bottom floors are offices), so on weekends and nights, the place is quiet. The beds were comfortable enough over 2 weeks, but it would be great if the mattresses were upgraded. We would definitely recommend the apartment and most importantly recommend Samia from GlamaParis. If you go, you'll have a great time!
From the moment we arrived, our stay couldn't have gone more smoothly. Arriving about 45 mins after or scheduled time, our Glam Paris rep, Tanguy, was right there waiting w a smile. Thorough and a great resource, this company and the apartment we rented we terrific. Five French windows that opened out viewed the area and Eiffel Tower. Yes, 1 window can see the top :). Clean and wonderfully located, we just loved it. When using the metro, we only needed to go an ave. of 3 stops and maybe 1 transfer and be wherever we planned. Thank you Glam Paris for the tips, directions, and all else making my daughter, sister and my stay a great experience.
This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was lovely, close to grocery stores and the metro, and had great views as an added bonus. I had a few very minor issues while I was there and the team was quick to respond and take care of everything that was needed. The only downside -- there wasn't a bakery close by! But the supermarkets did the trick. I would highly recommend this property.
This apartement was absolutely perfect for my family of four. The amenities, layout, and location were perfect for us. The apartment was very clean and the view and natural light on the top floor made for a lovely stay. We travelled in and out of the City a few times and being close to the Saint Lazare station was convenient. The Glamaparis team were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend your stay here!!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.
Payments by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer are accepted. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night. (except for children under 18)
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
