About this property

Spacious waterfront condo in the heart of Hatteras Village. Close to beaches, marinas, shopping, and Ferry to Ocracoke. On site boat dock and private boat slip that holds up to 25ft vessel without head included at no charge. The dock is a great place to fish, crab or launch your kayak or SUP. Fish cleaning station at the dock. Propane (bring your own propane cylinder) and charcoal (bring your own charcoal) grills in the common areas.
Upgraded High Speed Internet, Roku on all three TV's. Fell free to log in to your own streaming services or use the ones provided.
Home is equipped with 2 owner suites (water views from the primary suite) each with private full bath, plus an additional half bath in the common area. Sheets and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, toaster and cooking/baking utensils. New Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in the unit (both replaced August 2022). Don't forget to enjoy your coffee or drinks on the deck while watching the gorgeous sunsets!
Building is equipped with an elevator so no steps to navigate with luggage and supplies. Condo complex has a large, private community pool, shower and restroom facilities. Plenty of non-reserved parking for your vehicle, boat trailer, golf cart or bike. We offer a locked, private storage room labeled C-2 on the ground level to keep your fishing/ beach gear during your stay. 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach, ferry and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Less than 5 minutes to Ramp 55 where you'll find a beautiful, less crowded beach and ORV access. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of Hatteras Island and Hatteras Village while staying at SeaToo!

Perfect vacation for second year

This was our second year staying at Sea Too..it is the perfect vacation spot for us. Pretty sure this is our new spring break spot!

Spacious & Lovely

As soon as we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The decor is tastefully done & the condo is laid out beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked w/everything you could imagine to cook with & the streaming service on all 3 TV's worked perfectly. Theres not a bad view from any window & its surrounded by inlets from the Sound. We even stayed an extra night b/c it was so peaceful & relaxing & our hosts, Lori & Greg were very accomodating & prompt in responding to us. Hatterras is a beautiful village where you can rent a golfcart & be at restaurants, grocery stores & the beach within minutes. This was our first time at OBX & we couldnt have picked a more perfect spot! We'll definitely be back!

Home away from home

This was I think our 5th stay at Sea Too. We had a lovely time as usual. You have everything you need when you stay here. Very quiet and relaxing.

We are ocean and beach lovers born in the mid west and now making our home in Northern Virginia. We have been married for over 40 years and have raised 2 beautiful daughters who are career driven, successful, married and giving us the most joy possible by making us grand parents! As a US Navy Submarine Veteran and family we lived up and down the east coast. We love to travel and have visited many beaches over the years from Massachusetts all the way to Florida, California and as far away as Jamaica, Zanzibar and the Indian Ocean. It has always been our dream to own property near the water and are excited to share our piece of paradise with others.

We LOVE this property because of the amazing water views and spectacular sunset views from our private deck. The location is Perfect: private, peaceful, serene with a hometown feel. Walk to the ferry and the beach. Local, fresh seafood right off the boat is the best! This is truly our home away from home. We did not purchase this property with the intent of making $ but ultimately wanted to share the beauty with others.
