About this property

This PebbleFisher is ideal for families, friends, romance, passionate fishermen, bird lovers, many summer and winter sports & cultural activities. You will love the lake view from balcony, living room or while dining.
You can fish, swim, kayakin' right from the dock*, rent a boat, observe and listen to many divers birds that are playing on our dock and in the lake. The location is ideal for ice-fishing and snowmobiling as well. Peak n Peak is only 40min away to enjoy skiing.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay right away.
Everything is really close: marina, bike and boat rentals, putt-putt, golf, park, restaurants, Bemus-point, Chautauqua-Institution, National Comedy Center, local groceries and cheese manufacturer.

Access the red cottage from the drive way.
The parking lot accommodates 3 cars. You can park two cars in this lot. Additional cars might find its parking space at Webb’s. They might charge $10 per night. Your trailer can be stored for free at the harbor where you can also launch your boat. However, the trailer must always be attached to a car. You can park your trailer at Chautauqua Marina for $10 per night. Please let them know that you are staying at Jim Kelleher’s cottage.
The dock is split with plenty of room on each side for a boat. One space is reserved for you during your stay.

The cottage was fully remodeled over in 2019-2020 by us and transformed to a lake beauty with loads of love and unique details.

Nice set up, house lay out and amazing view of the Lake!

Nice set up, house lay out and amazing view of the Lake! Enjoyed the use of the kayaks on property and location to other features of the lake. The sound of the near by street was a bit challenging for night sleeping.

Great place and great host!

We enjoyed the quaint cottage and the large yard, amazing lake view and comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed. Location made it Easy to hop on our bicycles, drop a fishing line in off the dock, ride our jet ski and super close to the Institution.

Jim has been living in the Buffalo area nearly all his lifetime. Now we do live in Hamburg. As a world-traveller we always love to come back to enjoy our four seasons. As everybody else - we like to spent quality time after hard working days and weekends. Our passions are woodworking, cooking, sewing, being creative in many ways and enjoying our beautiful nature. This lake house reveals our signature crafts here and there.

Why they chose this property

As a child and teenager Jim spent many vacations with his family on this lake. They were fishing and swimming and he always dreamt to have his own cottage on this beautiful lake. This dream has become reality. With this property we found the perfect location for our family to live in for generations to come. The perfect stay in summer and winter. A place to fish, enjoy sunrises and sundowns as well as culture and hosting friends or even writing books or sew in this peaceful area.

What makes this property unique

We searched the net for a weekend house. When we saw the breathtaking view from the lawn and the opportunity that is given with an own dock it took only days to make the buying decision. The views are amazing at any daytime and out of the windows. Relaxing times on the huge lawn with a BBQ or fire are as easy as enjoying time on the lake. The proximity to harbor, restaurants and to many attractions is just awesome.
