My wife and I, accompanied by a friend stayed at this property in late March 2008. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was as if the owners had walked out and we walked in a half our later. The property was very clean and comfortable. The downstairs living and dining areas comforatbly furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to work in. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find.
Upstairs the bedrooms were air and the beds very comfortable. We made full use of the washer and dryer saving a lot of time when we returned home.
The location is perfect for visits to Vanderbilt or downtown Nashville. Our trip focused on musical events around the downtown area and at the Bluebird Cafe. We were never more that 20 minutes from our destination. The condo also has convenient access to the interstate highway system and more distant destinations.
We enjoyed a nearby restaurant - The Tin Angel and recommend it highly. Really good food well prepared and served. Not pretentious but excellent meals.
The owners were easy to work with. They responded to our inquiries promptly and with clear answers. Paperwork and payments were easy and our deposit refund was prompt.
This is an excellent property and we will visit it again.
All in all we recommend the property to anyone looking for a base for a Nashville adventure.
Five of us stayed here from Nov 3, 2016 to Nov 7, 2016. It was clean and spacious. $6 Uber to Broadway (bars downtown), $18 Uber to/from Airport. Ubers were there within minutes. The owners quickly responded to my emails prior to arriving and one time when I had to contact them while there. I'd definitely stay at this place again. I received my deposit within one week of returning home. We saved so much money by doing VRBO instead of booking a hotel. A big thank you to these owners! By the way, they have been taking part in VRBO with this home for several years (we looked at these books they had of customer reviews at the house).
We rented this house for my son's graduation from Vanderbilt and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this unit. The location was close enough where we could walk to campus for Graduation Ceremony so we did not have to drive to find a parking spot.
Downstairs was spacious enough for small afternoon family gatherings and kitchen had all appliances that would be needed to cook a meal.
Upstairs had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus laundry room. King, queen, two twins with rollaway bed in closet. All linens and towels were already in unit and closets were huge!!
I wish I would have found this unit while my son was in school there but will definitely remember this unit when I have the need to be in Nashville and need this type of unit.
Thanks again for a helping make this graduation weekend one to remember.......we loved this unit.....it was perfect!!
The house was perfect for our week long stay. 5min taxi to downtown, 15min drive from the airport. There were a couple of supermarkets withing 1-2 miles and a few restaurants also. Music square was a 2 min walk away. The neighbours seemed friendly and the area was very quiet at night.
The house had wifi which was great to enable us to search for things to do online etc.
3 spacious bedrooms, all very clean and beds were comfy!
Really enjoyed our stay here and Luisa was very helpful with all of the info she provided for us. Will be back here.
We spent most of our days downtown. Visited opry mills shopping centre which was around 15-20 min taxi ride away, it was great, plenty shops and restaurants (underwater restaurant and Claims were fab) and was opposite the grand ole opry which we visited on a Friday night. General Jackson boat tour was next to the centre too, ,which we also did - highly recommended, entertainment was brilliant!
Tootsies and Rippy's were our favourite bars.
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
Perfect place for family stay. My daughter's wedding was downtown, although some road construction made life difficult, it was good to get home, so to speak. Taking a break on the patio was a relief from the hustle and bustle of the crowds downtown and the wedding stress. Great house, worked great for everyone. Gave the bride and wedding party a place to hang their hat when needed to be close to town for events. More comfortable than any of the major hotel stays could have been. A better bang for the buck, by far!
We had a girls weekend at this house. The layout is great, and the backyard is incredible. I spent a lot of time on the back porch with a book a glass of wine. The house is very clean and well decorated, definitley feels homey. The cab ride to the downtown bars is only $10-13. It is walking distance to a few little restaurants. I highly recommend staying here :) We loved our trip.
