While sitting on the white sugar sand beach or your own private shaded balcony with table and chairs for 4 and equipped with your own grill, enjoy the breathtaking views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. For the true chef at heart, enjoy cooking in the new, fully equipped kitchen with new custom cabinets, tiled countertop and backsplash. This kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, four-burner glass cook-top, george foreman grill on patio, toaster, blender, coffee maker and several other modern appliances. We supply coffee/filters, tea, spices, paper goods, foil, soap, shampoo, etc. for your use. We have completely remodeled with a new dining set, living area furniture and two large LCD TV's. Listen to your own i-Tunes music with our new i-Pod docking station with radio/cd player. Enjoy dining in or eating out on the patio while watching the moon rise over St. John... During the day there is plenty to do! Snorkel feet from your private patio, sunbathe on the beach or take a refreshing dip in the two-tiered pool! For lunch, there is a bar/grill located on the property which serves tropical refreshments as well as hamburgers, hot dogs and even breakfast foods! You will leave your worries behind the moment you arrive at our condo!

CONDO'S BEDROOM: At the end of the day, retreat to your master bedroom area where you will be soothed to sleep on the king size pillow-top mattress with a new 3' Tempur-Pedic topper. For a more private sleeping area, simply close the solid mahogany wood louvered sliders. We have recently added a new flat screen TV in the master bedroom area. Although this suite boasts a full climate-controlled system, feel free to open the large glass sliders and slip away to ultimate relaxation with tropical breezes and calming sounds of ocean waves.
THE ISLAND OF ST. THOMAS: St. Thomas is a 32-square mile island in the Caribbean owned by the USA, situated below the island of Puerto Rico. St Thomas, USVI boasts world famous beaches and duty free shoppping. At Sapphire Beach you can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean waves on the white sand beach, or if you want to shop... the capital of Charlotte Amalie has what you are looking for! This deep water port, home to cruise ships from around the world, is known for its duty free shops with jewelry, electronics, liquor, perfumes, purses and plenty more!
GETTING AROUND: You have a choice to rent a car (directly at the airport) OR you can choose to arrange a private taxi ride with our concierge from the airport to Sapphire Beach for an additional fee. Our concierge will stop at a grocery store with you before dropping you off at the condo's door, should you decide not to rent a car. Should you decide to rent a car, don't be intimidated by driving on the left. The speed limit is no more than 35 miles an hour on the entire island. You can easily get around and visit some of the other beautiful beaches and sample some of the great restaurants and local entertainment at your own pace. Taxi's are also available at the taxi stand on Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina property.

There is even a golf course just minutes from our condo- world class Mahogany Run, along with Coral World (offers underwater submarine tours), Magen's Beach (rated 'top 10 beaches in the world'), Lindquist beach, just to name a few! A custom package of info (car rental info, taxi rates, maps, activity & restaurant recommendations, etc) will be sent to you upon confirmed reservations. We chose this condo after reading lots of reviews about the property itself and this E-107 condo in particular. While we had some reservations as to the general condition of the property, when we opened the door and stepped inside this condo, we knew we had made the right decision. There was a beautiful welcome basket left on the table acknowledging our 25th Anniversary which was such a surprise. The view from the living area was quite spectacular and the water was a mere 30 feet away as described.
The photos of the condo do not do it justice. It is everything and much, much more. It is very evident that the owners care very much about guests having a great experience. We did not want for anything. Susan keeps this condo is great shape, very clean and well-stocked.
While planning for our trip, Susan answered all of our questions, offered some great advice and suggestions, all in a timely manner. She even called us after arrival to be sure we arrived and were happy.
We have already reserved our stay for next year and look forward to making this an annual trip. Thank you Susan and Mark! FIVE STARS
Susan and Mark have a lovely condo in a very prime location on St. Thomas USVI. The ability to walk directly out to the beach from our 1st floor unit was ideal. Additionally, the condo is in one of the quietest complexes of all the resort community located on Sapphire Beach.
Our 1 year anniversary trip to St. Thomas was incredible. We both have very high pressure and mentally taxing careers, which this trip was the dose of medicine needed to recalibrate our thoughts to move forward with our lifelong goals and aspirations. Overall, if you are looking to unwind/relax from the typical stresses of the world go no further.
• First and foremost, the owners of this property are refreshingly welcoming. I was 100% at ease, and ready to move forward with the reservation after talking with Susan over the phone. The phone call was very unexpected, but I was confident in our final decision after the brief introductory call. After our commitment was made we received a very useful packet of information about St. Thomas and things to do on the island.
• The unit was very clean, and appeared to have been updated/remodeled from initial construction
• We always felt safe with a security checkpoint to enter the resort community, in addition to a guard walking the property during the day. The security overall was effective and non-evasive.
• There were ample towels/clothes during our week stay.
• Electric Grill - We used the electric grill located on the balcony daily, which we were able to cook some exquisite meals during our stay.
• The local grocery store (Food Center) was in close proximity the condo, and also on the way from the STT airport.
• Day Say Excursion:
○ The NewHorizon's day-sail, which we highly recommend, is within walking distance to this condo (marina is next to condo complex).
• St. John (Cinnamon Bay, Trunk Bay)
○ The ferry from Redhook (St. Thomas) to Cruz Bay (St. John) is within 5 minutes of the Condo
○ Ferry/Wait time to Trunk Bay was about 1 hr, which was well worth the journey. Trunk Bay was our favorite beach. (Top 10 beach in the world per Discover Travel Channel)
• Megans Beach Only 15 minutes away. (Top 10 beach in the world per Discover Travel Channel)
Apartment we finally rented was another one similar, provided by owner as the original one selected had an issue and was not available for our dates.
The overall apartment is OK, the beach in front of the apartment cannot be used as there are trees and corals, you need to walk 5min inside same complex to get to the beach
Parking lot, looks like the moon, full of craters, and some other apartments were under renovation, construction.
Overall I would say it was OK, but for us it seems little be overprice for what it is
My wife and I stayed at Three Palms condo for a week. We found the condo to be everything that was advertised and more. The view is simply spectacular, so much so that instead of going out to dinner every night like we would normally do while on vacation, we got take out, or cooked in the kitchen and ate dinner on the patio while watching and listening to the waves.
Susan is extremely well organised, and was very helpful instructing us to rent a car instead of taking taxis. The parking at Red Hook can be tricky, but after a few trips you catch on as to where to find spots.
If you are looking to book a condo in USVI, stop looking, you have found the place.

We stayed here for two weeks in January and loved it. The condo is well equipped and had everything we needed. View is amazing. Quiet location steps from the water, pool and marina. I didn't snorkel directly in front of the condo because of the rocks, but others did and said it was great. Snorkeling from the beach in front of the A building was good too. Red Hook is only a mile away and has lots of great restaurants. We went to St John one day, but next time I will leave the car on St Thomas and just do a taxi on St John. We are already talking about going back!
The apartment was nice, great location. Pool is lovely,but the complex is under construction and you need to go to the neighboring beach to swim in the ocean because of sharp coral.
We had a very relaxing holiday over the Christmas break. We were sent plenty of information by the owner, and there are all the amenities in the condo you would expect and want. Being right next to the Marina was a bonus when booking trips for snorkeling or dinner cruises on a sail boat. Do look in the condo for discount flyers. We did not find them until after, and they were 20% off, which would have been a considerable saving. The owner, Sue, sent plenty of information on the area and restaurants, which really helped orient us to the local area. Burgers in the Tap and Stile were excellent. Two minor gripes: The safe did not work, for the whole time we were there. And the internet access was terrible. Overall though and excellent holiday and we would go back!
Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina is located on the East End of St Thomas, USVI. It is approx 8 miles from the airport and a half mile from 'Red Hook'. Red Hook boasts 8-10 great restaurants serving pizza, sushi, fresh caught fish, burgers, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Mediterranean, & Asian flavors. There are clothing, souvenir, pharmacy and grocery stores at Red Hook. Ferry docks to British Virgin Islands and St. John, USVI are also located at the customs house at Red Hook. There are plenty of bareboats to rent, as well as captained charters for fishing trips, day and dinner sails, world-class dive trips. There is plenty of activities to do or you can do nothing at all. We also own a boat slip at our marina. Please contact us directly to inquire about dockage. The choice is all yours.
