Modern 3-bed apartment in central Briancon 350 metres to ski lifts in town

Modern 3 bedroom property (all ensuite) with panoramic views from giant windows over the mountains, ski lifts, pistes, UNESCO forts & even the night sky directly from bed. The apartment's living area is completely open plan perfect for entertaining families or friends. The slopes are 350 metres away, and free public parking or paid secure parking is possible 50 metres away. There is storage for skis, bikes, and kayaks. The roof garden has amazing mountain views and includes summer furniture and gas BBQ. We have provided all the facilities necessary to make an amazing mountain holiday be it summer or winter. The apartment has been recently fully renovated and has all mod cons - Sky TV, French Satelite, plasma TV, DVD, surround sound. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, bakeries, ice-cream parlour are all within a couple of minutes walking distance along with the ski lifts too. Possible for great mountain biking in summer and awesome boarding or skiing in winter, rafting/canoeing closeby.

Fantastic central location next to the Rue Central and Le Club resto - fun place with lots of atmoshpere. We hed a great cycling trip in Briancon. Beautiful modern apartment, nice and clean. Hope to see you next year.

Beautiful apartments with stunning mountain views.

Stayed in the Maia apartment for a week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends or come back again. It's a great base for skiing in Serre Chevalier and perfectly located for some really great bars and restaurants. See you next season!

Delighted. Happy. Impressed. We spent a few nights in these tastefully decorated apartments in the heart of Briancon town centre and they absolutely ticked all the boxes. The location of these three stunning apartments is unbeatable: located in the heart of Briancon, a beautiful town with a good range of quality local amenities and facilities, the apartments are just a stone’s throw from the Serre Chevalier Ski lifts.

Every morning before snowboarding, we would sit together, eat breakfast and take in the beautiful views. The apartments are very spacious and well equipped, which makes them ideal for those, who are travelling in a group or with a family. Light and airy, each one of the apartments is tastefully furnished and boasts stunning views over the mountains across the valley.

I would like to thank the owners, who made us feel very welcome.

This is an excellent base for skiing in Briancon. We will certainly be back!

My friend and I had a great last minute holiday. The apartment was everything we hoped for. It was situated in the centre of Briancon close to all amenities. The apartment itself was clean and more spacious than I felt the photographs portrayed. We would definitely stay here again

A great modern apartment in the middle of Briancon. So easy to stroll to the shops and all the amenities of the town and also v easy to access the car and get to the mountains. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous, cosy apartment with breathtaking views

Beautifully appointed apartment, cosy and bright with all mod cons. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who made us very welcome. Would really recommend all three of these apartments for groups of friends holidaying together, especially with children. You can all have your own space but get together easily to eat and socialise in the evenings. We'll be back!

Lovely, modern and excellently equipped apartment

The manager was there on arrival and gave a quick but thorough intro to the apartment. The loft apartment is truly stunning, with views of the mountains from skylights providing loads of natural light. Three double bedrooms and three bathrooms meant no hanging around for a shower. well equipped kitchen and big dinning area. this apartment provided more than enough room for 5 of us. really well located for lists and also the several bars of the town centre, we'll definitely be back next year.
