This beautiful, spacious five bedroom, 3 plus 1 half bath, colonial styled home sits on a 1/2 acre at the end of a private road and is equipped with a cook's country kitchen, hardwood floors, stone fire place, 18x36 pool, out door shower, garage, covered front porch, hanging surfboard storage, rear cedar deck and private rear yard.
The main level offers a giant sized master bedroom with sliding rear door access to pool deck and separate private closet and bathroom. This room is ideal for couples with a newborn or toddlers. A cook's country kitchen, Basque dining room table that comfortably seats twelve, powder room, stone fireplace and two living rooms complete the main level.
There a four wonderfully sized bedrooms upstairs, each with a Queen bed.
2 full baths are located upstairs along with a foyer area for reading or watching TV. The upstairs also has a washer, dryer and linen closet.
The property is beautifully landscaped and has ample yard space for small children to play, or to spread out a blanket and read or relax underneath the shade of a tree or the warmth of sun. It is situated just off West Lake Drive, near Montauk Downs Golf Course, a short two minute drive to the beach, town or harbor.

We've been going to Montauk since we were kids and always rented a hotel by the Ocean. The east end of long island is a very special place where you feel disconnected from your daily routine and enjoy the laid back lifestyle. After years of staying in hotels, we decided it was time to buy a home that we could enjoy year round. Montauk is a great place to surf, fish, golf or read a good book by the shore.
What makes this House unique
Having the house enables you to persoanlize the family vacation. Groups don't go off to their own respective hotel rooms. Instead, a large dining area and an open kitchen provide a setting for family reunions and dinner parties that cannot be replicated anywhere but in your private vacation home.

Hampton's feel in Montauk!
This house is perfect all the way around and exceeds the Montauk expectation. It was spacious, clean, and bright throughout. We went out to Montauk for a weekend fishing trip and could not have been happier with this house. As a group of 8, we wanted to make sure we were not all on top of each other and this home provided us with more than enough space to ensure that. We would definitely book this home again for our future trips, all around..... FIVE STARS!
Fabulous home for a Montauk family vacation
Perfect home for a family vacation. We have rented a few times in Montauk and this was by far the best! House & property was well kept! We enjoyed the pool, beach, biking, and Montauk restaurants! Definitely recommend for an extended family. We had 3 generations and everyone enjoyed themselves!
We just spent a week at this perfectly tucked away house for a family vacation with 3 kids under the age of 12 and 6 adults. The house is close enough to town but yet far enough away where its so quiet and peaceful. The backyard is set up perfectly with the pool and fire pit area a few steps away off to the side. We had nite swims along with Smores almost every night. Inside the house had plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone and we never felt cramped. The house conveniently has 2 great tv areas so the kids have their own area as well as the adults. This was our first year at this house and we all agreed we would like to stay here again in the summer of 2016 - something to look forward to!
What a perfect house for our large group of family/ friends vacation. We enjoyed the spacious cooking area the fully equipped kitchen all the amenities were just spot on!! The caretaker of the property Chris always extremely responsive and so very helpful with a truly caring disposition. The owner retuned our security promptly. Very well run rental property! Loved the neighborhood and overall location. Would return gladly!

Perfect Family Vacation
We were 3 generations, 70-year-olds down to a 1-year-old, gathering for a getaway that could not have been any better.
The secluded, quiet location was nice for our privacy and yet we felt we were so close to anything we wanted to do. The lighthouse, lobster rolls at a downtown shack, the Brewery or shopping in Montauk (loved their Thursday Farmers Market), the beach with surfing or playing in the sand, golf, biking -- something for everybody!
But we mostly enjoyed the comfort of the home. The beds and furniture, the house in general, were all very clean and comfortable; the pool was delightful for the grandchildren; and the fire pit was an evening treat after the grandchildren were in bed.
I must say that I was also very impressed and happy that the owner checked in with me before we arrived as well as during our stay and after we left.

A $2,500 security deposit refunded upon inspection of property for no damage and return of key. $300 cleaning/utility charge additional for for off peak weekend guests. $500 cleaning/utility charge additional for peak season weekly guests. Weekly rentals only during the peak season (May - end of September).
