Both bedrooms are double-glazed for low-noise and there is also under floor heating in the whole Flat. Separate fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer. Modern bathroom with Jacuzzi and electric hot water adjustment control switch. Also have another separate extra toilet available.Features a private outdoor balcony with seating.

Ideal Location only minutes walk away from major attractions such as Covent Garden, The British Museum, Oxford Street, Lecister square and opposite amazing Shopping Centre with numerous restaurants, cafes, a cinema, supermarket etc. All towels and linen are included. Nice location, needs attention

My review is very much like Nathan S. On a positive note, the owner Sachin is very easy to communicate with and answers emails quickly. The representative he sent to let us in to the apartment was very friendly and helpful as well. The location is good as everything you will need is nearby. The Russell Street Underground is steps away, a nice pub is directly across the road, the Brunswick Center has nice shops, a pharmacy, ATM, bakeries, an excellent grocery store and restaurants.

Things that are out of the owners control. The elevator - it was out of service the entire time we were there and according to local residents, this happens quite often. The stairwells, halls and trash facility were dirty.

The apartment itself is very worn and in need of a deep cleaning, linens need to be replaced. The twin beds are cots. A second set of keys would have been nice. What bothered me most was this apartment was listed as a two bathroom - it's only a one bathroom, that was very difficult for a family of five adults to navigate around. (the second "bathroom" is just a closet with a toilet that barely works - we were told not to use it)

Good Location, Poor Maintenance

We felt that the owner, Sachin, was very friendly and accommodating. The location was also quite good.

However, the flat was in rather shabby condition. One of the toilets was out of order, and the door was locked to prevent entry. The twin beds are not beds, but thin cushions with fitted sheets pulled over them. The thermostats were disabled to prevent user adjustment. While not a particular problem (but emblematic of the flats condition), the TV had a red line down the left portion of the screen, and one line of the track lights in the living area, nearest the couch in the pictures, was completely disabled (light bulbs removed).

The pictures also do not represent the size of the bedrooms. A folding wall has been retracted in the pictures, making the bedrooms look much larger. When the folding wall is in place, each bedroom has only one of the two windows shown in the pictures for the master bedroom.

The elevator nearest the flat went out after three days. As a result the last three days were spent walking up the five flights to the flat or walking several hundred feet to the other elevator.

We will choose a different flat next time.

The flat was in a great location and convenient to the tube. However, the beds did not have a top sheets , only a comforter , the bedet and towel warmer were nonfunctional and the washing machine smelled like mildew-we were not able to wash our clothes.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Please note the towel rail are functional but you need to switch them on as they don't automatically come on to save electricity being used when not needed. Also we had bedsheets on bed so not sure what cover you were expecting on top it. Also worth mentioning here you did not seem to have any issues on check in or during your stay as we could have fixed the issues you mentioned as they seem to be minor. Anyways thank you for staying with me.

Although the property is conveniently located, it is outdated and repairs are needed.

This unit is sparsely furnished and those furnishings are outdated. The owner was responsive to email and very friendly. Yet, when we arrived for our stay, we were unable to use the 2nd bathroom due to a clogged toilet. This was disgusting and caused a bad odor. We were never informed of this problem ahead of time. Having complained that 3 people in the apartment sharing 1 bath was not what we expected, the owner agreed to refund us some of the rental cost due to the inconvenience, but he never did. The owner was sent the requested Paypal information, but this was not reimbursed. This apartment is not Luxurious by any means!

Great location, light and airy space, close to Waitrose grocery.

We spent 4 nights in the flat. It was very conveniently located and great for our family if 5. We would walk down the street to the underground, spend the morning seeing sights in downtown London, then go back to the flat for lunch and a nap. Most nights we would go back out to see more of the city. It was a great place for us!
