Elegant and newly renovated apartment, located in the ideal place to visit Seville place: a 5 minutes walk from the area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, river Guadalquivir) and just a few steps from the shopping area with the best boutiques and places shows, entertainment and city services.

It has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with bed 200 x 200 cm and wardrobe, the other 2 with two beds of 90cm) and 3 bathrooms (one built into the master bedroom, with shower). Moreover, in the living room there is a large sofa bed 200x160 once opened.

In the huge hall, you can enjoy several comfortable sofas and armchairs for greater relaxation, as well as a large dining room with ample seating for all guests staying. Your kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The floors are marble and all the finishes and quality are of the highest quality.

In the -1 floor is the parking, for guests who travel by car, at no additional cost. The house has hot / cold centralized air-conditioning.

Surrounded by streets with orange, it is a pleasure to walk around, especially in spring with blossoms bloomed with extraordinary flavor and its streets. Your rest is guaranteed because it is a quiet street and no noise. At the same time, the whole area has many bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all amenities necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

To know and enjoy Easter there is no better place to stay, for all the brotherhoods pass very close to the epicenter apartment. To visit the April Fair, you can access it with a comfortable walk along the river or taxi / bus direct to the Fair.

Staying at the Apartment Epicenter, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the side of the Guadalquivir River, taste the cuisine of tapas bars or drinks, and visit the Plaza de Toros, Torre del Oro or cross to the other bank of the river, known Barrio de Triana.

Although the apt. is conveniently located downtown, it is easily accesible by car in an lively area of town full of activities. It is very well maintained and offers a detailed information on the city. A good collection of tourist and general literature is available in the main room area. The layout of the apt. also offers independence between the kitchen, salon, and dining area, and the rooms area. The owner offers a most attentive service with a good command of English besides his native Spanish language. An assortment of restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores are also found in the close vicinity. By my experience, this apartment is highly recommendable.

Great Stay in Seville

Our stay in Seville in Javier's apartment was very enjoyable. The apartment is as described and conveniently located. While the accommodations were wonderful, Javier, was even more so. He was a very gracious host who thought of everything, explaining personally all that was needed to know about his apartment and providing us with a list (and corresponding map )of not only restaurants and sites, but also everything else one would need in a new city.

Friendly experience, great apartment!

The apartment was in a great location in Seville. It's a very walkable city, so everything was within a twenty minute walk. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish we had more time there! Javier is super nice and helpful. He spent extra time going over the things to do, how to get to them, and showing us a map. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location, well equipped and extremely clean and large

Owner is extremely personable ,accommodating, and informative with great suggestions.

The condo is large with the most comfortable beds. Definite pride of ownership is evident in this beautiful condo. All the modern amenities in this very well equipped unit.

Convenient to all Seville attractions and restaurants in this perfect location everything within walking distance. Very secure unit and neighbourhood. We would highly recommend this place!!!!

Wonderful Stay in Seville

We spent 2 days in this apartment and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is excellent, comfortable, quite, very specious, clean, and decorated with taste. It is well located so one can really discover most of sites of interest on foot and close to all essential amenities such as supermarket, and restaurant.

Javier is responsive, punctual and very kind and helpful person. He made extra effort to make our stay enjoyable by providing hand marked map for all essential information from site seeing, dining and emergency needs.

We wouldn’t doubt to book this apartment again and it is highly recommend. Thank you Javier, for helping our stay to be wonderful in Seville.

It is also located just steps from the shopping area of ​​the city, with shops and exquisite boutiques and all kinds of services (supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, bars, restaurants or shopping centers). The Market of El Arenal or El Barranco Gourmet Market you walk in less than 2-3 minutes.

For maximum convenience of guests arriving to Sevilla by car, enjoy free parking in the basement of the house. For the visit to the city, they need to use the car, because of the perfect location of the apartment.

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week because all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the hotel, making it optimal for viewing the brotherhoods and to rest when want.

In the April Fair in Seville accessed comfortably in a nice walk along the river or bus or taxi.
