We are located in beautiful South Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct. only steps to the bay and 1 block to the ocean. Our house is one of a kind situated on 2 lots, with an enclosed yard. We have ropes and swings for the kids and plenty of space for the family to relax. This is a quiet court and perfect for couples to getaway and relax. 2 blocks to Belmont Park to join the fun at the Wavehouse.
This Triplex is located only steps to Mission Bay and 1 block to the ocean. Conveniently located only 2 blocks from the fun Belmont Park amusement rides and Wavehouse. Lots of Restaurants, rides, games and day/night life. 5 Minutes to Sea World and about 10 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo, 15 minutes to La Jolla Shores. Great surfing in the ocean and kayaking and snorkeling in the bay. Plenty of water sports rentals near by.

This unit has a queen bed in one room and twin bunk beds in the other. I have a futon or blow up mattress for families with a 3rd small child, all towels/linens are supplied.
Bob and I have lived in South Mission Beach for 25 years. We bought our home in 1996 and its been a work in progress ever since. Its hard to believe that for the past 20 years we have been hosting vacationers in our home. We have enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and watching families grow over the years. Bob and I are both in coastal real estate. Bob is a Real Estate Broker and is very knowledgeable with 2nd home investment/sales and management. Although the apartments are small, we have a wonderful outdoor space for extended living. There is a picnic table for dining outside each apartment and a shared fire pit for relaxing and socializing around. If you have little ones the yard is fully enclosed with a gate to exit and enter from. We have that extra space that is hard to find in Mission Beach. We also have garage parking that can fit a large suv/car, which is hard to find too.

We visit San Diego several times a year, and frequently book vacation rental properties. This was, by far, the best. From excellent communication with the owner, an abundance of thoughtful amenities, an ideal family location, comfortable bedding, excellent parking, easy access to both the bay and the ocean, a beautiful courtyard...in short, a perfect stay. We hope to be back soon!
We had a wonderful vacation. Tracy was so kind and helpful. The property is within walking distance to the ocean and the bay-it was so nice to leave our car in the garage and walk a couple of blocks. The house had bikes, boogie boards, a kayak, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, even a wet suit for my daughter to use. The patio was lovely, we ate dinner and breakfast out there daily, spent one evening around the gas firepit. Only drawback was the noise from the airport-the house is right under the flight path, but so is everything else in this area I imagine.
This was a great location. Everything we wanted to see and do was close by and easy to access. The owners were very accommodating and made sure that all of our needs were provided for. I would recommend this this or any of Tracy's properties. Thanks for a fun stay.
This was a great place to stay for our family of four. Some advantages: garage parking, beautiful & quiet courtyard, comfortable beds, ample space for a family of four, very close to bay & beach, dependable wifi, access to beach accessories (chairs, toys, etc.), boogie boards & bikes, and a totally adequate kitchen set up. The only disadvantage I would mention is the noise from airplanes taking off from the SD airport, but even that seemed confined to certain times of day and is beyond the homeowners' control. The price was really good relative to others in the area, the owners were friendly yet gave us our space, and the courtyard is surprisingly quiet given the high density of people in this area. The keyless set-up was very convenient - we've stayed at other vacation rentals and keeping track of who has the keys and who should keep them when people want to participate in varied activities was a hassle - with the keyless set-up it was never an issue, as any of us could lock or unlock the door at any time.
We didn't even bother with a car rental, it was located so perfectly. Beach waves for boarding only a five minute walk. Low key, sand beach for SUP and kids wading in the bay, only a minute away. All fun beach toys available along with bikes for shorts trips. But my favorite was breakfast on the patio early every morning. And sunset walks on the beach. Don't expect to be connected to the internet here, it's like hit or miss, but who needs that on vacation anyway. And Verizon network still worked if you just have to use it. The hosts were so kind and I especially enjoy that laundry was available with ease. Plus the taco stand down the blvd. was our favorite walk to pick up lunch and tote to the beach for under $10 for all 3 of us. I will be back! Oh and my little girls and I took a day drip up the coast on bikes! It was easy for them too. And they are only 6 and 7. Location is just the most convenient for this property.
