Missoula Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, Studio, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 1-2)

There's no better location to stay in Missoula than Downtown at The Wilma. This historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!

This loft has been artfully remodeled and redecorated with bamboo flooring, hand crafted cabinetry, concrete countertops, and includes an iPod docking station and wireless internet. If you love natural light, this is the unit for you! Five windows offer a beautiful northwest view, availing you to both sunrise and sunset beauty. Rooftop and street views will stimulate your morning, while the mountain and skyline views will calm you in the evening. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!

Also in walking distance are the U.S. Forest Service Northern Regional Headquarters, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Saint Patrick's Hospital, The International Heart Institute, and Adams Center Event and Entertainment Arena. You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!

When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect!

One off-street parking spot is included.

About Athena

I've been living in Missoula for over 9 years. It took me six months to remodel this amazing studio, and I'm very proud of it! I'm so happy that I'm able to share this place with visitors, family, and friends.

Thanks, Athena

Why Athena chose Missoula

Other than the nostalgic building and great condo owners, I love the location to the river, downtown stores, restaurants, walking and biking trails, the University of Montana, and Missoula's fantastic Farmer's Market.

What makes this condo unique

Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a movie theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! Scotty's Table, one of the finest restaurants in town, is located on the park level of the Wilma building.

I put a lot of work into making my place stylish and comfortable. Many of my Wilma Studio 54 guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it was for them, and I find that to be the ultimate compliment in this urban setting.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Studio 54 gave Ruby and I just what we needed. 2 days of quiet relaxation. You've done a fabulous job at the remodel!

Great place in the heart of Missoula

  • 5 of 5

We loved the studio - it is in a perfect location and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The building is great, near the Saturday market, good restaurants, great shopping, and at the gateway of many good hikes in the area. It is a great hub for walking the river trails and further afield. It is so handy for taking in a concert downstairs at the Wilma Theatre.

The owner is very gracious and helpful. We are looking forward to our next holiday!

Clean, Contemporary, Comfortable and Convenient

  • 5 of 5

This studio apartment on the 5th floor of the Wilma was perfect for our 4 night visit to Missoula. The apartment, like any studio is small, but very comfortable and near great restaurants and shopping. To apartment owner met us upon our arrival and was quite hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions to enhance our visit. We would most certainly stay in this apartment on our next visit.

Great find!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay at the Wilma was excellent. We were greeted right on time and Athena took the time to orient us to our home away from home. The space is attractive, comfortable, clean and convenient. Enjoyed the night time views of the city and the sky. Great location! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home, just as described. Owners were first rate, going above & beyond

  • 5 of 5

I asked about renting this home for a “farewell vacation” with my beloved dog. She's been diagnosed with cancer, up in age and want to spend some quality time with her before she goes.

Well, there are always questions regarding stairs and beach access with Outerbanks homes. Oceanfront homes have large dunes for protection, typically the first floor is one flight up. Although this home was my first choice as really beautiful accommodations, another was also being considered. I contacted the owner/manager of this home with lots of questions & suitability for my dog. She answered quickly and often. She then offered to call me so the process could go quicker without so many emails. Well, we talked for a while, she actually viewed the other home online with me over the phone. See, this home is pet friendly & she is a dog owner as well & honestly wanted me to have the best experience for my dog. Without hesitation, she told me that since the other unit had an elevator & a ramp to the beach, that the walk out there would be much easier for my elder dog. Not only that, she also supplied me with an email on things to do in the Outerbanks, her favorite places for activities and eateries including dog friendly restaurants. This was all done after she knew I'd likely choose the other home AND she stated she too thought the other home best for my senior dog. Now how many owners would do that? My next visit down, I am going to stay at the Lost Treasures home but it's nice to have someone so helpful, even though I had to rent another home nearby. 5 stars all the way.

Stayed a weekend with my wife and was impressed with Athena's place. She made extra efforts to greet us on arrival to review basics of the building. Interior is comfy and stylish and the neighbors were friendly.
