Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado, THE LIFT is walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, the Lacima Mall and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. A stackable washer/dryer is located within the unit. There is covered parking for one car.

The unit sleeps six persons comfortably, but may accommodate as many as ten. There are three newly remodeled bathrooms and two bathrooms (see Floor Plan). It is designed like a suite with a main hallway that has two bedrooms and a living area. The main hallway is equipped with ski racks which provide quick and secure access to your skis. Both bedrooms are equipped with a phone, cable TV, and sliding glass doors to an outside balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed.

Amenities: The condo complex is situated on a quiet cul de sac. There is covered parking for 2 cars in tandem right in front of the complex. The unit is on the second floor of the middle building. Amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the recreation center at the end of this cul de sac. Main Street Breckenridge is only 100yards away, so close in fact we could almost list it as an amenity with it shops and restaurants. Please call us and let us help you plan your ski vacation. We have also negotiated discounts on lift passes, shuttles, and rentals and are able to pass these on to our guests.

We know how appealing the Book Now button is but we encourage you to call first. We offer waivers for minimum stays and can do payment terms. The rules are very strict on Book Now. We practically man our phone line 24/7 so don't be shy and call us.

What makes this condo unique

You get the best of both worlds when have a condo that is walking distance to the chairlift and town. The convenience of an easy trip back to the unit or the convenience of being to walk to town after a day on the ski hill. Then the walk to the hot tub and pool conplex is the length of the building. The complex is tucked in behind a hill facing the slopes so you get the peace and quiet without any noise from Main Street yet you are only a 2 min walk from Mainstreet and the hustle and bustle of the town.

Exceeding Expectations

We absolutely loved the place and plan on coming back next year. When we walked in we couldn't believe the attention to detail in furnishing. When we woke up in the morning we got to see the view and it was fantastic. This is absolutely the best location in town. Walking to the chairlift was a breeze and we were so close to town we got to try most of the restaurants.

Owner's Response: I sometimes joke that if this unit doesn't just wow you I'll give your money back. This group had a massive snowstorm which resulted in some of the best Christmas skiing conditions. Our condos are furnished with the guest in mind. We like to keep our guests happy and coming back year after year.

Top Notch Unit

The location of the Lift is great. We came out for the wine and art festival. Its just so close. This unit is so meticulously decorated where do we begin. Let me just keep it simple. I don’t think you are going to find a nicer more well maintained unit in all of Breckenridge. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great view. Top notch furnishing. Superior cleaning job. Love what you have done to the unit.

Can't Wait to Stay Here Again!

Just gorgeous! The mountains were beautiful and the condo was perfection. Summer in Breckenridge may be even better than winter in Breckenridge. :) Cooked a few meals here and found everything I needed in the kitchen. Kids enjoyed the included Wi-Fi while the grown-ups enjoyed the fresh mountain air. Can't go wrong with a stay at this place.

Breckenridge Beauty!

My family felt right at home in this condo. There was plenty of room for us to spread out with all the extra space in the large loft area. I can't describe how beautifully this place is decorated. Nothing has been overlooked. Was great to have the washer/dryer in the condo. Location was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Back Again!

This is our second time out and we will be back again. This location has it all. The pool was a blast for our kids. This time we got to do more hiking and realized that there are just so many trails just a 2-5 minute walk from our location. Mike helped us out with a hiking map as well as a local rental shop that gave us a really good deal. We got to experience the Peak 8 funpark twice this trip and its not by my choice. The kids just couldn’t get enough of it. The condo is fantastic. I saw some new furniture updates and nice work on the surround sound! Great location and we will be back again.

Perfect location!

Owner's Response: Everyone seems to love this location since it is close to town but not too close. So you get the benefit of being near the hustle and bustle of town with a short 2 min walk without having to hear it if you want to sit back and relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain.
