Condo totally renovated with 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen with full stove and oven, granite counter tops, washer-dryer, dishwasher. 2 flat screen TV's. 6 steps down to 3 pools. 2 with Jacuzzis, 1 child friendly. 5 steps to white sandy beach. Gated complex has a small convenience store and tennis courts. Exit front gate to luxury Kukulcan Mall with a new full service grocery store, shops, restaurants and food court. Walk 2 blocks to La Isla, an out door mall, located on the lagoon with 160 stores, restaurants, movie theatre with movies in English and where you can even swim with the dolphins. We are located in the middle of the hotel zone.
My husband and I bought this condo 8 years ago after vacationing in Cancun for many years at the hotel right next door. We totally renovated it to make it our own. In that we frequently visit it is equipped with everything that you could need and more. We take great pride in ownership and offer everything that you would expect in an ocean front rental in the US.

It was my first trip to Cancun. I spent 30 days in Shelly’s and John’s condo waking up to a comfortable ocean breeze and a great view. Lina took care of me and got me settled in. A maid cleaned up after me every Wednesday. The buses were very convenient and only about $0.75 per trip. It was easy going back and forth to Walmart for everything I needed. Kukulcan Plaza, next door, offered good food and shopping. While I was there the beach was being repaired along the whole Cancun coast. They just finished up as I was leaving so there is a brand new beach in front of the condo. I had an opportunity to view two other units. They could not compare with this newly refinished unit.
It's was a home away from home! Everything you needed. Clean and comfortable, they even wash clothes for you. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
We recently stayed at the condo during the holiday break 2016. We have a really nice stay. Some pros and cons about the property:
The location is excellent. The terrace that looks off to the beach creates beautiful sunrises and cooler breezes off the water
The proximity to two shopping malls and the supermarket creates many activity and food options within walking distance. It is also one block from the bus giving ready access to all other local sites beyond walking distance.
The property is quiet and safe with visible maintenance and security staff. The myriad of locks on the door is comforting.
All utilities worked well from the air conditioning, WiFi, TV and telephone service through VoIP.
The owner is especially responsive, respectful and accommodating
The place is best suited for three adults - any more starts to make it more cramped. We had four in our party and, given that there are only three double beds, sleeping two people in one bed is tight.
The place could use a cleaning overhaul - dust hangs from ceiling fans and in visible cracks normally missed by the housekeeper. We're not really white glove people - it was noticeable.
Housekeeping is weekly. I should have discussed additional fees for more frequent service from the housekeeper. It would have been worth it.
The pool staff enforces pool rules like the Gestapo. No floats, no ball playing, etc. If you break the rules for five minutes even if there is noone around you to bother, you are given a stern warning. Not the casual setting I expect on a vacation. Some rules need to be eliminated or relaxed.
My family and I stayed at Michele's condo Nov 1- 14th. Absolutely everything went as planned by Michele. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you would need for your stay. The morning sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking from the patio. The condo is in the perfect location as there is a large mall with a grocery store across the street. The bus stop is in front of the mall as well which made it very easy to go explore Cancun! Michele and Ledy made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable! I am hoping one day to return to your condo as there is nothing like your hospitality of making our vacation home away from home!

This condo is one of a kind. As others have said the photos are exactly the way the condo appears. And more. The grocery store was right across the street at Kulkulkan Plaza. We bought our tour tickets there too. Very convenient. Aside from this great condo and convenient location I cannot say enough kind words about Michele, the owner. Any issues or concerns I had were addresssed quickly. And Ledy, the housekeeper, was superb. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Will definitely go back again.
What can I say? I agree with all the other glowing reviews! The condo is well-equipped, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient for a quick trip to the mall across the street (the Soriana grocery store has pretty much everything you might need) or the nearby restaurants. Michele quickly responded to all my email questions. I would book this property again without hesitation.
Great place to vacation. Everything is close by . We will definitely be back next year.
From our home at Villas Marlin it is only approximately 3 miles to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. This island is truly old Mexico. See the island in a golf cart and snorkeling is available at El Garafon Park. Tours can be arranged to visit Chichen Itza and Tulum which are Mayan ruins. Para sailing is available right on the beach in front of our condo. You can swim with the dolphins 2 blocks away at La Isla
