This wonderful apartment is only 500m from the slopes of the Cret du Merle. The spacious two bedroom apartment (46m2) sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. It is situated on the ground floor of a small purpose built residence, with excellent views up the valley past Gotty to L’Etale and Merdassier, with easy parking and access to buses on the Route du Col des Aravis. PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS ARE SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

Accommodation includes a master bedroom with decorative four poster bed (sleeps 2), family bedroom with double bed and bunk bed + futon (sleeps 2/4), spacious lounge dining room with dual aspect, served by a small but fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and vanity unit. In addition there is storage for skis (or bikes in the summer) in a secure storage (cave) area near the front entrance. Please note we are sorry but we do NOT have Wifi!

We have been coming to La Clusaz with our family for nearly 24 years and love it so much we decided to buy their own little place in paradise. We now come to La Clusaz every year in both summer and winter, we love it!!!.

Why Helen and Geoff chose La Clusaz

We originally chose La Clusaz because it was recommended by a friend, as it is a traditional alpine village that was not over developed. La Clusaz is still an un-spoilt gem in the Haute Savoie, it has a great friendly feel, with few if any, all-inclusive tourists.

When we found Les Campannes, we fell in love with it. We felt at home straight away, it was literally our dream holiday home. Its perfect, close enough to the slopes and yet right not in the centre of the village, so in the summer we can sit and watch the sun go down behind Beauregard.

Geoff says, “For skiing its great, this small building is always warm with loads of hot water at the end of the day”

Helen says “The views are breathtaking and the skiing is great. La Clusaz is a real village with real people and skiing is just part of life here. In summer it bustling too, we often drive down to the lake, swim, sail and cycle, at the end of the day we hop into the car and are back in the mountains in 28 minutes!'

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is almost ski in ski out, it has a parking space (a rare gem in this area) and it's a real home away from home!

Excellent property close to La Clusaz

The property is in a lovely position with great views and is within 10 minutes walk of the shops and restaurants in La Clusaz. The apartment was comfortably furnished and well equiped. Although there is a lot of local information in the property Helen gave us lots of advice on places to visit, supermarkets and where to buy cheap petrol! A very enjoyable stay. Thank you we will be back.

Perfect apartment for a family skiing holiday

La Clusaz is very convenient for Geneva Airport. It took us about an hour, following Helen's excellent directions. We immediately went to get our ski hire sorted, rather overwhelmed by a busy Sunday afternoon in La Clusaz. Hot and tired, we were very impressed, however, with the excellent service at Skiset, recommended to us by Helen.

We then shopped at the local supermarket which, although on the expensive side, had everything we needed with friendly staff.

We then made our way to the apartment. Warm, welcoming, well equipped and, best of all, a short walk to the Patinoire gondola, meaning we could either ride down or ski down to town. The location really is ideal.

This was the start of an amazing week. Incredible weather, great skiing (although a bit thin in places), a brilliant ski school (ESI - recommended by Helen) and a lovely apartment to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Home from home (except with skiing!)

This was our third stay in the apartment - it's so convenient for skiing with just a short walk to the slopes and ski or bubble down to the bigger chairs/telecabine. Even the kids don't moan about the walk too much! Apartment is very well equipped and beds are really comfy. We cooked in most nights as it's nice and cosy but there's plenty of choice if you want to eat out. Having a car is really useful though for shopping and getting around - we drove to La Croix Fry a couple of times for sledging and messing about, and into Thones for the nearest big supermarket. There's parking and ski lockers at the apartment, so everything super easy. Thanks Helen & Geoff.

Very nice apartment !

Fantastic week at La Clusaz. It is very easy to join the slopes from the apartment, directly or by telecabine. The view on moutains is beautiful and thanks to Helen everything was really simple to organize during our holidays. We recommend!

Great family apartment in fabulous location.

This was a fantastic apartment a few minutes walk from La Clusaz. Booking the apartment was trouble free as Helen, the owner, answered our enquiries quickly and provided any information we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had one of the best stocked kitchens, in terms of utensils and equipment, that we have stayed in. The rooms were a good size and there was plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The private parking at the apartment was also an added bonus. La Clusaz has all the facilities you could need including cafes, bars, supermarkets and restaurants and there was a fantastic market on the Monday we were there. There are also plenty of activities on offer for all ages and the open air pool was great to visit on a hot afternoon. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a family friendly place to stay and would love to visit again.

Comfy and convenient apartment

I had a great time here. The apartment has everything you need and is a very convenient location in terms of accessing both the ski slopes (5 min walk) and buses into town (bus stop right opposite the apartment). La Clusaz is a lovely town. Thanks for a great stay!

The fantastic Aravis Ski area starts almost at the front door and Lake Annecy the warmest cleanest lake in Europe is 30 minutes drive away.

La Clusaz is a compact traditional alpine village, with great restaurants, cinema, ice rink, swimming pool and great atmosphere all through the year. The ski slopes end right in the village and the brand new lift (Telemix) in Bossonnet whisks you to snow park at Cret de Merle in 3 minutes.

Annecy medieval city has everything you could want; restaurants, shops & boutiques, galleries & museums, parks and an ancient castle. The lake has beaches, swimming, sailing, canoeing, paragliding, cycling, golf and lazy pleasure boats on which you can dine and watch the world go by.
