Duplex of 30 m² fully renovated on the 3rd and 4th floor of a building of great intramural standing (facing the basin, facing south) with sea view.

Sleeps 4 people.

Possibility of being welcomed and taken to the train station (free) for arrivals and departures by train before 20h.

A staircase in Japanese not to switch from the lower floor to the upper floor and is, therefore, not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

All linens (sheets and towels) is provided with the apartment.

Access to the building:

The building is located in a portion of quiet street (along the walls), but many shops and restaurants are located within 2 minutes walk.

There is no smoking in the house, and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a very quiet building. We ask that you respect the tranquility of the inhabitants of the building for the duration of your stay, especially when you take the stairwell. For the same reason arrivals after 22 pm are not accepted.
