Well equipped property in a good location

The property is in good condition with a well equipped kitchen and spacious and well furnished bedroom, lounge and balcony. The building has very well maintained public spaces, gardens and swimming pool. The beach and numerous local shops are a few minutes walk from the apartment; and two local restaurants - O Bon Coin and Cote jardin - were excellent.

The location is very convenient for the A8 autoroute and the underground car park is very secure. The local bus service to Juan les pins/Antibes is frequent and not expensive.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it.

The proximity of the Leclerc supermarket and shops of different services or facilitate your stay.

The residence is also served by a bus network: for only € 1 per hour of transportation, you can go directly to the train station, the Old Antibes and Cap d'Antibes, Biot village at Marineland in Vallauris at the airport etc ... You can also join Cannes, Nice, Menton, Monaco etc these buses at the exit of the residence (or train).
