Wonderful stay

Booked this apartment to stay in Alicante for two months to escape the cold Canadian winter. We wanted a place large enough for family to come and visit- and we had a lot of family visiting -and also somewhere that we didn't need to hire a car.

This apartment couldn't be in a better location, close to the shops, beach, marina and public transport. It is modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped . Antonio was fantastic. He welcomed us with wine and almost weekly brought us a gift. He researched a Spanish language school for us, a trip for our family which we didn't go on as our family wanted to explore alicante and gave us wonderful tips on restaurants, places to visit and living in Alicante.

We felt we lived there for two months rather than visiting as tourists and loved the city.

The apartment has quite a few steps to reach it so those with mobility issues would find it difficult. We are in our 60s and managed the stairs 4-5 times daily quite easily. Because it is in the centre of the city it can be a little noisy on the weekends, most cities are and we adjusted. We would definitely return here

Center of it All

We had a very enjoyable stay. We were in Alicante to pick up our daughter where she had just completed a semester studying. The apartment was very well kept, and was 5 min walk to the beach and central market. It was as advertised. We visited many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. We also walked to the elevator and took it to the top of castle that overlooks Alicante. We chose to walk down and recommend that those that are climbing adverse.

I highly recommend the apartment and Antonio made our stay easy and was attentive utilizing email to communicate.

Thank you Antonio. I am certain my daughter and perhaps ourselves will be back to Alicante. Beautiful city and area.

LOVED OUR TIME IN ALICANTE

The apartment was WONDERFUL...clean and very central...beds very comfortable and the owners were awesome! They gave us the best suggestions of where to eat and go..and every one of them was amazing.

We only stayed two nights so I would suggest you stay longer and spend time at the beach and enjoy the old city and shopping.

Gorgious Modern Apartment

This apartment is beautiful, and feels like a luxurious hotel. It's very well located, and perfectly equipped. Also the bedrooms are big, and having two bathrooms is very pleasant when one family is traveling together.

Anthony, the owner is very friendly and professional in his communication. He also welcomed us with fresh local fruit and mineral water. He also gave us many good tips on the city.

The one downside, unfortunately, was the noise. There is a new night club down the street that recently opened, and the noise was extremely loud, especially on Saturday. We're not old, in our mid forties, and couldn't sleep until late in the night (or early in the morning). Fortunately, our child did sleep.

The owner did tell us that he was going to address this issue with the city council. Other than that, we had a great time in Alicante.
