About the property

July-August, Saturday checkin/checkouts are accepted only. This urbanization is strict on noise and any loud parties are strictly forbidden.

Very spacious apartment (200m2), 40m2 terraces with splendid sea views at just 30m from a beautiful sandy beach, in a 24h-secured urbanization with heated pool, children safe pools and well maintained garden with streams and lakes.

~ Inside

The living room offers amazing sea views, even when you're relaxing on the sofas you can admire the deep blue of the Mediterranean sea and hear its soothing sound. The lounge area is furnished with two large sofas arranged around a coffee table and a flat screen TV, next to a wood burning fireplace. The dining area has a large dining table which sits six with ease.

The apartment has three very large bedrooms all ensuite.

First bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed (180cm), has large wardrobes and large glass doors open onto a beautiful terrace. It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with double sink, bidet and bathtub with Jacuzzi.

Second bedroom, has a large double bed (150cm), large wardrobes and offers superb views over the pool area. Its ensuite bathroom has also double sink, bidet and bathtub.

Third bedroom is fitted with two single beds (2x90cm), large wardrobes and has two large windows facing the pool area and garden offering beautiful scenery. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with double sink, bathtub and bidet.

The kitchen has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday: oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, freezer, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and is also very well equipped in terms of cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The apartment also features a guest bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

From the living room and master bedroom you have access to a 40m2 terrace with beautiful sea views. Here you have a large dining table for 6 and a lounge area with sunchairs.

~ Neighborhood

White Pearl Beach is a remarkable gated development located at just one minute walking to the beach. Inside the neighborhood you'll find an oasis of tropical trees, palm trees and colorful Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pools placed in the middle of the development. There are three pools, one children safe and one heated during winter time so you'll fully enjoy your vacation even in the cold season.

The neighborhood has 24h concierge and video surveillance and all entrances have security code with Interphone.

~ Beach

Playa de la Vibora is located right in front of White Pearl Beach. It's a small and clean beach, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is good and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Perla Blanca restaurant from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

In 600 meters (10-minute walk) you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (SuperSol and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants.

One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 13min (12km) drive from Romana Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. In just 3km (5min drive) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread.

Marbella city center is at just a 15 min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time.

As for restaurants, right in front of White Pearl, you have Perla Blanca restaurant and El Laurel, where they serve both traditional and international cuisine.

~ Activities

There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from White Pearl Beach. Within a 7 minutes drive (4km) you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.

For golf lovers, Cabopino Golf course is at just a 9min drive from the apartment. It was designed by madrilenian architect Juan Ligués and offers spectacular views of the sea and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min (16km).

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
