Can Sons is a 3-minute walk away from the port of Es Caló. Recently renovated.

THIS YEAR ONLY FOR RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (one week or several weeks) (one exception only: arrival on Friday the 4th of August)

Can Sons has a large dinning-room-kitchen-living room (with a sofa-bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, plus a large terrace with loungers and a patio around the house with a table and six chairs (in case you prefer to eat outside under the pine trees), hammocks, a shower and private parking space.

There is air conditioning (heating in winter) in all rooms, Wi-Fi, UHD TV with a satellite dish, washing machine, microwave oven, glass-ceramic stove, electric boiler, toaster, hair dryer, etc.

Ideal for couples with children or for two couples (up to six people).

Clean towels, sheets and cleaning included in the price.

In the village, only 200 m away, there is a place to rent cars, motorcycles and bikes, three restaurants, a bar, a pharmacy, an ATM and a supermarket (the supermarket is only 80 meters away).

The owner and manager of Can Sons (Roger) is always available by phone, Whatsapp or email.

About Roger Cases

I grew up near Barcelona and I am 43 years old. I lived for five years in Scotland, where I graduated in zoology at Aberdeen University, and I also spent four years in the South Pacific. I enjoy reading, travelling, nature, cinema... Mostly, I enjoy learning.

Why Roger Cases chose Formentera

My father had this house built in 1969. I inherited it from my dad in 1993 and have fully renovated it. This is the house where I spent my childhood vacations and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. To me, the house is located in the best place in the whole inland, near La Mola but right by the sea.

What makes this house unique

The location couldn't be better. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. The fragrance of the pine trees and all the surrounding vegetation is very pleasant. The trees also block both the wind and the noise that would otherwise be audible from the cars driving on the main road. Can Sons is a mere 3-minute walk away from the sea and it is midway between Sant Francesc and La Mola, which is my favorite place in Formentera.

Super Confortevole

Che bella vacanza. Formentera è meravigliosa. In piu', la casa di Roger e' comoda, pulita e ordinata. C'e' anche uno spazio esterno, dove si puo' riposare al fresco. Tavolo, sedie ed amache sono nuove e in ottimo stato. C'e' anche una doccia esterna (e ne hai bisogno!!). Roger e' stato anche molto gentile e flessibile al nostro arrivo. Per ristoranti parla con Roger, ci ha dato dei suggerimenti ottimi!! E non dimenticare di mangiare al porticciolo di Es Calo.

Great

Roger is very nice & his home is lovely!

Roger welcomed us upon arrival to show us his lovely home. Everything works & is clean. The outdoor spaces downstairs & on the roof are very pleasant. Roger also gave us great local recommendations. The home is well located & very conveniently close to a super market & the lovely town of Es Calo which has a beautiful beach & nice restaurants - its one of my faves on the island.

My friends & I had a very comfortable stay at Can Sons & I would absolutely recommend it.

Maison très bien placé, à deux pas des plages.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Roger.

La maison est très bien placée, à deux pas de la plage, dans un lieu calme ( sauf voisins qui font la fête un peu tard le soir ... ).

Cependant, la maison ne dispose pas de beaucoup de rangements et la salle de bain est assez exigüe et mériterait d'être renouvelée

( pas très facile de doucher des petits enfants par exemple, et la douche est assez vétuste).

La cuisine mériterait également un petit rafraîchissement.

Beaucoup de poussière.

Roger a été un hôte très à l'écoute et nous a toujours très bien conseillé.

Globalement positif, à condition de ne pas avoir de petits enfants ( pas de chaise haute, même si Roger a eu la gentillesse de nous installer un lit à barreau à notre demande).

Very nice house with a cute garden, quite and close to a beautiful beach.

Great place to stay at in Formentera, just a footwalk away from a little village and beautiful beaches, the house offers everything you need, and the garden is great for kids playing and having outdoor breakfast and dinner. It's easy to fall in love with the place and never want to leave. Not luxury, but everything you need on that beautiful island.

Es Caló has the most beautiful fishing port on the island and in it you can swim, scuba dive, practice paddle surfing, etc. From Es Caló you can follow the beautiful "Roman road", which can only be done on foot, and walk up to the plateau of La Mola enjoying the best views of the whole island.
