CAUTION: weekly rentals only.

The inputs and outputs are provided on Saturdays. However, the summer (June, July and August), the inputs are provided preferably on Sunday, or Saturday after 16 hours depending on the departure of the previous tenant (contact me for more details).

Housing:

The apartment is a nice 50m² T2 refurbished located in Rennes Blaize Street Angel. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the heart of the south of the train station (5 minutes walk), it is ideal for visiting Rennes and its region, coming on the road, course, seminar or convention. The area is quiet and without traffic restrictions; Parking is free on the street. The entrance to the apartment is through the private garden

You will also:

- 5 minutes walk from the Champs Libres (cinema, library, planetarium, Freedom concert hall and shopping mall)

- 5 minutes walk from TNB

- 10 minutes walk to town hall and opera

- 5 minutes drive from the ring road

- 15 minutes drive from the airport and Exhibition Centre

In general, everything is done on foot.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 luxuriously: decoration, design trend, double glazing, large windows facing south and overlooking the private garden ... It is regularly maintained by us and we neglect nothing for your comfort.

Your entry is independent and overlooks the garden: we also provide for two garden chairs and a table and chairs for lunch or naps in the sun.

We provide free internet access through a box (wired and Wi -Fi) and you have a HD digital TV with a DVD player. Central heating is gas and you have individual meters for water, electricity and heating.

On entering the apartment you come out onto the main room which is a very large living room with a kitchen, the table and chairs. In this room there is also a seating area with a sofa bed, armchair, and HD TV with a DVD player and an internet connection.

The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and appliances necessary for your stay, a dishwasher, a washing machine, glass ceramic plates, a multi-function oven, coffee makers, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron and board, a vacuum cleaner, and large closets and wardrobes.

The room has a double bed with mattress shape memory, storage space and an Internet outlet. It is south facing and overlooks the garden.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink, various storage and toilet.

Pillows, mattress covers and duvets (doubles) are provided for both beds of 90cm and the double bed (no towels however so do not forget your towels). The sheets can be supplied on request at an extra charge of 50 € (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases), simply let us know in advance, but it's also an easy economy.

We are ready to give you advice via email and on the spot if necessary. I will receive you personally on arrival by my best to adapt to your schedule.

In the district you will find the train station, the Champs Libres (library), the planetarium, Freedom concert hall, two theaters, a shopping center, TNB, city hall, opera ...

Transport:

TGV station (5 minutes walk) or car (free parking in the street).

- Le Mont Saint Michel, a historic site world heritage of UNESCO (1 hour drive)

- Dinard, a famous seaside resort with beautiful villas (55 minutes drive)

- The beach of Saint Lunaire (1 hour drive)

- Dinan, a medieval city with the port and the medieval architecture worth a visit (45 minutes drive)

- Cancale and its oysters (55 minutes drive)

- The Forest Dark Forest and legends (40 minutes drive)

- Ferns Castle, one of the most imposing castles in France (40 minutes drive)

- The old pirate city of Saint Malo and its ramparts (50 minutes drive)

We will take part in water and electricity charges (own counter to the apartment) to increase your awareness of ecological issues - count 10-15 € for a week at 4 excluding heating, which is quite possible except If your showers are too long.

We also require a deposit of € 500 payable by check upon arrival (the check will not be cashed): it is only used to ensure that you take good care of our apartment and we will make the departure.

Accueil tres chaleureux du proprietaire. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux, le quartier est calme dans l'ensemble car composé de petits immeubles et de maisons individuelles, le centre ville et les transports en commun facilement accessibles. Heureusement car le stationnement n'est pas toujours aisé.

Very comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. Sliding doors in the living room and the bedroom allow lots of air and light, but the apartment is very secure with electronic blinds. Booking the apartment was easy and Paul provided good information about the location of the apartment. It was nice to have a small private garden. The apartment was exactly as advertised and was ideally located, close to the main station and walking distance into the old town.
