This delightful attic apartment is just five hundred metres to the beach. Is tastefully decorated , ideal for one or two people. It is on the second floor. There is not elevator.

The accommodation is on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a salon and a bedroom. In this floor there is a nice balcony with a table where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the kitchen is modern and fully fitted.

Up stairs you can access to a large terrace with a table and sun chairs. The terrace is fantastic to have romantic dinners.

The swimming pool area is large and can only be used by residents and holiday makers who stay in the apartment block. This makes it very quiet and peaceful. The natural park La Gola is just beside the apartment. La Gola is a protected park with a lake and bypaths ideal for walking.

Come and stay in this holiday apartment and discover the staggering beauty of Puerto Pollensa. Just a short stroll, 500m is the beautiful beach of the Pine Walk. Here you will find broad mix of activities such as sailing, scuba diving windsurfing, canoeing, and beach volleyball. Next to this the Town and Marina offers superb restaurants and cafés. Cycling and walking. Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerto Pollensa is a popular family holiday destination.

a little gem

just returned from a one week stay in this small, but perfect for 2 people, apartment and have to say that it ticked virtually all the boxes for my husband and myself. It is less than 500 metres to the lovely beach and only a few minutes walk to the large Eroski Supermarket. A stroll into the main square takes no more than 7-8 minutes for restaurants like Osteria N15 and the closest restaurants are a 2 minute walk down to the main promenade - La Cabana is to be recommended. location for us was just about perfect in all respects.

The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area and is well maintained and equipped. The bathroom now has a very good, large shower, rather than the bath/shower arrangement shown in the pictures and the kitchen is small but well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, full oven and hob and a microwave although there was no chopping board which was a bit of a nuisance for me as I enjoy doing a little cooking when on holiday. a nice touch tho was the small supply of dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid and the filter papers for the coffee machine. loved the balcony to the front but the real prize was the upstairs terrace with 2 sun beds and table and chairs which was just a fantastic little sun trap. Don't depend on the barbie tho as it was badly rusted and unuseable. Bed was 2 singes pushed together and we had no problem with that although the mattresses and pillows are pretty basic.. didn't spoil our sleep mind you. good air-conditoning too..

only used the pool once but it was very clean and i saw the pool man there once during the week so it was well maintained too. actually cant find any negatives about the flat to be honest. It was very clean and the paintwork etc was all fresh and smart..Towels changed midway through the week. Contacted Mariana for help as to on which TV channel my husband could watch the Champions league Final in the apartment and she came back immediately with the information courtesy of her husband, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly....Overall, we loved it and had a fantastic holiday staying here and fully intend to return in the future.. highly recommend it, great value for money

Perfekt gelegene FeWo mit überzeugender Ausstattun

Überdurchschnittlich ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage - mit ein paar kleineren Mängeln. Überzeugend sind neben dem großzügigen Schnitt insbesondere der Balkon und die Dachterrasse! Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.
