This vacation is the main reason why people plan to getaway—to escape reality and the stresses of everyday life. And while the Caribbean itself is nothing short of unimaginable, Bella Blue Breeze only enhances your stay in paradise. This condominium fit for two is more than just the perfect getaway, it’s a place where you enjoy the simple treasures that the Caribbean Islands offer: the picteresque views, the tranquility of the ocean waves and breeze, and the relaxing nature of the Island lifestyle. However, Bella Blue Breeze is more than just a space for a couple to stay during their vacation—it provides you with the experience of a lifetime.
This designer decorated condominium encompasses Caribbean flair in its design aesthetic. Decorated to reflect the beauty of the island, Bella Blue Breeze is furnished and decorated with luxury and comfort in mind to ensure that through the duration of your stay you feel at home. The interior has been designed to accommodate your every need: a fully equipped kitchen, complete with brand new appliances, cookware, and dishware; a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower complete with glass doors and a double sink; a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, six-drawer dresser, matching nighstands, and double closets; and a living space furnished with a large sofa for you to sink into, a West Indies chair, a flat-screen T.V., and a table for dining in and out. All allow you to fully enjoy what the Caribbean has to offer with everything you need and more at your fingertips. Previous guests have stated that it’s the best place to stay on Sapphire Beach: “We will return to the beautiful and fully stocked condo. My husband and I did not want to leave - the views were stunning, the condo was very clean, the furnishings were top of the line and comfortable. The bed almost came home with me.”
While Bella Blue Breeze is beautifully furnished and decorated in the highest quality, it’s the location of this space that makes for an unforgettable trip. Bella Blue Breeze is located on the east end of the island in a private gated community. Our condo is located on the second floor, which not only provides complete and total privacy, it also allows you to fully take in all the ocean views that St. John and the British Virgin Islands have to offer. Bella Blue Breeze is a short walk to the oceanfront pool and the marina (approximately 150 feet) and the beach is right outside your front door where the best snorkeling and boat excursions await! And guests have said that it’s our condo’s location and amenities that make this trip unforgettable: “The beach and pool were outstanding. The thing that topped everything off was of course, the balcony. What a view! We'd end nearly every night sitting out there - breeze in our hair, listening to the waves and sipping a cool drink out of those frozen glasses! Such a great experience, and a very relaxing, fun vacation.”
It’s the perfect place to escape to—it’s our piece of paradise. We invite you to experience the trip of a lifetime.
We are a couple from Connecticut, who instantaneously fell in love with not only the Caribbean Sea, but the lifestyle and simplistic beauty it offers. With our children grown, we decided it was time to purchase a piece of paradise—a place where we could not only escape to, but also a place where we could relax and call home.
We bought Bella Blue Breeze, E-208, for its location, privacy, and more importantly the spectacular views it offers. Combine Bella Blue’s beautiful exterior, with our vision, knowledge, and design background, we were able to convert an old condominium and renovate it from floor to ceiling to mirror the beauty of the outside. Bella Blue Breeze is our own luxurious space that represents how we live: in casual elegance. Our soft color template, the details found in the kitchen, bathroom, living area, furnishings, artwork, and lighting create a serene and relaxing space with all the comforts of home. This space has become our dream vacation home that always provides us with an unforgettable experience. It never dissappoints!
Maureen Cassidy purchased this condo in 2007
This location not only possesses beauty, privacy, amazing views, and trade winds, but its location cannot be beat. Bella Blue Breeze is one mile from Red Hook, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John. Our condo is like being on a boat.
You open the door and see the ocean and feel the breeze. And if that weren’t enough, the beach is located right outside our front door, and is 150 feet from the oceanfront pool and the marina, which offers day trips to the British Virgin Islands, sunset cruises, and washer and dryer facilities.
Bella Blue Breeze is on the second floor for privacy (no one can see in) and its views are totally unobstructed. Tranquillity, beauty, and serenity describe the feeling of our location.
Bella Blue Breeze is renovated from floor to ceiling to encompass all the luxuries of home. Its interior beauty not only matches the exterior, but enhances the Caribbean experience. When you open the door to our condo you see the ocean, feel the breeze, and take in all the comforts of a designer decorated interior. The outside terrace features a round glass table with four chairs and two oversized club wicker chairs, which allow you to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset.
The view is unobstructed of the Caribbean Sea/ St. John/ B.V.I. It truly is breathtaking! Bella Blue Breeze is a place to make memories with all the luxuries of a home.
We will return to the beautiful and fully stocked condo. My husband and I did not want to leave - the views were stunning, the condo was very clean, the furnishings were top of the line and comfortable. The bed almost came home with me.
Maureen was so helpful during the booking process and with all her suggestions - she was right on. She suggested many restaurants for us - our favorites were Molly Malones, Agave Terrace, and Off the Hook.
I have recommended this vacation spot to at least 5 friends already and more to come for sure!
While visiting St. Thomas - you have to go to Magen's Bay and to Trunk Bay on St. John - those are 'must do's'.
Thank you Maureen for the beautiful place to stay - we will be back!
Nice beach, great balcony and view, nicely furnished, lots of parking, wifi, good kitchen, next to a marina, nice bathroom, well maintained. We liked it!
My husband and I just returned from the best eight day vacation we have ever experienced in the Caribbean. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including beach towels/bags, chairs, snorkeling equipment, and cooking utensils. The view was spectacular and very private. We felt like we were right on the water. I looked forward to the sunrise each morning over St. John. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the spacious deck and just could not believe the view. In the evenings we enjoyed our drinks on the deck while watching the boats return to the marina next door. They did have a bar open on the beach, but we didn't visit it as we just made our own. My husband enjoyed doing his daily laps in the pool.
The location of Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina was ideal. We took the ferry to Tortola and the car barge to St. John. Unfortunately, the car barge experience was too lengthy and I would recommend not taking a car. I would take the passenger ferry to St. John and then take a taxi or bus to all the lovely beaches. We snorkeled at Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Beach which were spectacular, but Sapphire Beach is right out your door if you don't want to go too far. We saw stingrays, turtles, and tons of beautiful fish and coral right in front of the condo! I suggest going to Magen's Bay when there are no cruise ships in town. Don't miss getting a rum spiked milkshake at Udder Delight. I also suggest a trip to Mountain Top for amazing views and a banana daiquiri.
RedHook is just down the road from the condo and has great restaurants and Moe's grocery store. We ate at FishTails twice and the service and food were excellent. Señor Pizza was quick and convenient. They have a great Hook bracelet selection at Tradewinds Galleria and you don't have to deal with pushy employees like downtown Charlotte Amalie.
We like to try different restaurants when on vacation. We were very impressed with Oceana in Frenchtown and Havana Blue. Try the Rosemary's Saint drink at Oceana! It was fabulous.
The owner, Maureen, was easy to contact and very helpful with sending us a restaurant list, ferry schedules, and grocery store suggestions. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The only negative my husband had was the air conditioning didn't seem to be as cold as he likes. I was fine.
Thank you for sharing Bella Blue Breeze with us Maureen! We are already planning our return trip!
We stayed a week here in Feb 2017, and very much enjoyed our experience. The condo is exactly as pictured, and its location in Sapphire Beach Resort makes it proximal to Sapphire Beach, Lindquist Beach, and the East End restaurant areas as well as the Red Hook ferry. It's a short walk (3 mins) to the better end of Sapphire Beach for swimming and the beach bar. It's a five minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Lindquist. Trade winds are not insignificant, especially at this time of year, and the screen porch faces right into them, giving the condo great ventilation but also meaning it's WINDY pretty much all the time.
Our wishes for a property like this may be entirely out of the owners' control, but we found the resort property to be run down, with unmaintained tennis courts, a wiped out restaurant/bar area by the pool, and bad driveways of gravel, along with a somewhat absurd construction project to relocate the office trailer, apparently only 30 inches.
We had good communication and responses from Maureen and the on-island Kathleen, got updated towels early when we needed them. We struggled on arrival as the sheets on the bed were damp -- really damp. To be truthful, though, that was the worst of the condo experience. It has incredible views, lovely decor, a nice porch.
If you're flying out, make sure you get to the airport plenty early. They were rude and close flights for checking luggage 90 minutes or more prior.
From the start our experience with Maureen was top notch. We had a horrible time with flight delays and cancellations and she went above and beyond to help us from her end and to make it as easy as possible for us when we got there. She recommended we stock the condo with groceries and she provided us the website to do that and were very glad we did. Upon arrival we were swept away in how beautiful the condo was. Every single detail was taken care of and there wasn't anything that we found lacking at all. The food delivery service had delivered everything we had asked for and there were plenty of amenities for us in the condo. The kitchen isn't bare.... there are coffee filters and spices so there isn't a need to pack your own. Maureen provides you with plush oversized beach towels, beach bags, and snorkeling gear that we used every day and plenty of extra towels and blankets if you need them. Everything in the condo is top notch down to the plates and silverware. The bed is HEAVENLY and the wireless internet never failed us. Kathleen is a wealth of information and I highly recommend calling her with any questions you may have. She came and did a mid week cleaning and re-stocking which was wonderful. The view is spectacular from the condo and we spent every morning enjoying the view as we ate our breakfast and drank our coffee. The swimming beach is a very short walk down from the condo and they have watersport rentals and a Beach Bar with excellent (better than you think it will be) food and drinks. We were able to have lounge chairs brought down to the beach by the guy handling the chairs between buildings which was simple and easy. The condo is literally steps away from the Marina making it very easy if you book an excursion on the boats. We suggest the BVI Excursion through Breakaway Charters. You won't be disappointed. Taxis are always out in front of the condo near the parking spaces. It's $8 for 2 people one way to Red Hook and you'll definitely want to go there. The grocery store is there (Moe's) if you need to pick anything up and the prices aren't incredibly high. Maybe 2-3 dollars more than what you pay on the mainland. Red Hook has amazing restaurants (I recommend Fish Tails and Pesce) and I also HIGHLY recommend you take the ferry in Red Hook to St John as the beaches there are stunning and the restaurants are plentiful (Morgan's Mango was REALLY good). We LOVED our trip. It was the perfect honeymoon!
I have stayed in St Thomas often and this is an amazing property. If you need a beautiful place, stunning views, true relaxation and high-end amenities.....this is where you belong. The ocean waves are right there....St John is welcoming you with the sunrise each morning. It requires nothing but your suitcase.
The condo is located at the East End of St. Thomas, one mile from Red Hook, shopping, groceries, restaurants and ferries to St. John (15 minute ride) and B.V.I. We are a short ride to the Ritz Carlton, beach bars, Caribbean nightlife, and 1 minute to all Red Hook restaurants. Hire a cab or drive to the new Yacht Haven Grande. World class restaurants and shopping. Take a day and shop at Charlotte Amalie. Rent a private boat or day sail at Sapphire Resort's private Marina (out the back door of our condo). On site we have the world class Sapphire Beach at your front door, some of the best snorkeling, beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall just steps away from the condo. Views of St. John and B.V.I. from our condo's deck. Taxi's, budget rental, and restaurants within walking distance. On site dive shop and rentals, boat excursions, etc. Towels, chairs, and snorkel gear are provided.
