A lovely flat in a lovely town

The flat we stayed in was spacious and clean, with many period features, but a well-equipped and modern kitchen, overlooking a marina and within a few minutes walk from the centre of a beautiful town. The owner was helpful and charming, and we had a wonderful stay. It can be a little bit noisy from traffic from outside when the front windows are open, but not too bad.

But I would not use this web site again, as it did nothing more than let us make contact with the owner, as all fees had to be handled directly by bank transfer. Therefore, we were charged about 67 euros simply to know about a property.

A great apartmen!

We have stayed for one week in this lovely apartment. Everything is as described in the listing. Extremely well presented and equipped with all facilities necessary to enjoy your stay. A brilliant location just opposite and near to the port and within a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking available just a two minute walk away - we never had any problems finding a space.

The owner, Mme Thomas, is very charming and attentive.

We cannot recommend this apartment enough.

Excellent Property

Great location in Vannes, right by the water. Free public parking just around the corner. The apartment is in very good condition with all amenities and beautifully decorated. The owner, Valerie, is a lovely helpful lady. Just be aware that whilst both bedrooms have sink and showers en-suite there is only one toilet in the apartment.

Fabulous Apartment

This apartment was perfect for us! It is in a very central, convenient location, with free car-parking nearby. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The apartment has quality amenities, and is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative for us (from Australia) was the inability to pay by Credit Card or PayPal. We would highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay in Vannes.

Location agréable et spacieuse mais accueil mitigé

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux.

En y repensant, il manquait pas mal de choses jusqu'aux éponges et savon dans la cuisine et salle de bain, ce qui est un peu limite, vu le prix du séjour en haute saison. Pour la cuisine, ustensiles utiles manquants surtout lors d'un séjour prolongé.

Accueil par la belle-sœur de Valérie, froid et peu chaleureux, clairement cordial. Assez désagréable quand on est en vacances et bien sûr dommageable pour cette location. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Valérie, qui au tel apparaît gentille, chaleureuse et aimant accueillir.

Owner's Response: Bonjour Madame, Désolée que votre séjour n'ai pas été a la hauteur de vos attentes surtout concernant l’accueil , je devais exceptionnellement m'absenter pendant cette période. J'avais fait en sorte que tout soit pour le mieux pour vous : chaise haute ,transat ,lit pliant et petits cadeaux de bienvenue ....et mes appels durant votre séjour afin de savoir si tout allait bien. Concernant l'équipement de la cuisine nous sommes très surpris puisque a ce jour nous avons eu que d'excellents retours, ayant eu votre Maman ainsi que votre sœur au printemps qui avaient été ravies de l'appartement équipements compris. (produits vaisselle et éponges se trouvant sous l’évier) Au plaisir de vous revoir malgré ces petits désagréments Nous louons cet appartement depuis un certain temps, votre avis est le premier citant quelques points à améliorer, nous en prenons compte. optimale Lage, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Vannes ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt um die Baie de Morbihan zu erkunden. Das Appartement liegt ideal am Hafen mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen ganz in der Nähe, so dass die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß und die weitere Umgebung mit dem Auto/Boot erkundet werden kann Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Alles wie beschrieben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
