Ideally positioned one row back from the beach front, enviably including (for those very hot days) 2 large private beachfacing terraces. The villa is conveniently located for the growing amount of bars and restaurants available during the summer months. These all serve tasty regional cuisine, catering for all budgets. Dear holiday maker,
we are an Australasian couple who fell in love with Montenegro… so much so we decided to buy our dream holiday home and then get married here.It has been a dream come true. Perast speaks for itself, with the stunning wider Boka Kotor region having something to discover for everyone! We love it here and hope you will too…
Villa Perast Team purchased this apartment in 2006
Simply, we think the historic old Baroque town of Perast is the most beautiful place on the Montenegrin coast and so do so many others... just Google 'Perast'
The Villa Perast Apartments are all sea facing with beautiful morning sun rises. The private terraces for Apartment Sachi and Siena are exceptional in size and position. In Juliette you get the lovely Juliette Balcony, where you can relax reading or taking in the view from the chaise longue while enjoying the elevated view. All apartments are spacious and airy. Villa Perast is ideally located 30m from the water and less than 20m from the nearest restaurant, with the local amenities and beach being only a 100m stroll away.
Villa Perast was a perfect stay. It had everything we needed and the Agent was very pleasant and helpful. The location of Villa Perast is fantastic with lovely decor and with wonderful sea views. We have already booked our next stay in August... we look forward to being back then.
Perast and Boka Kotorska are true pearls, extremely beautiful, and Villa Perast was really excellent choice. I will deffinitelly be back very soon :)
The living area of the villa was bright and light with a cute chaise and Juliette balcony with and views over the water. We were met by an agent who left her mobile number incase of incident (though there were none) and she took the time to show us around the apartment, even to explain the different television remotes and wifi instructions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
I paid just 2 euros a day and left the car by the Pirate Bar, though a braver driver than I could have driven, I found that it was far easier to leave the car and walk into the old town.
The location being so close to the water was brilliant and the restaurant next door even provided a take away service, from the main menu, for when the children were just too worn out from jumping and swimming around the Pirate Bar to stay up with us for dinner! The local restaurants were lovely and Conte's fish skewer a definite hit. Perast proved to be a great base from which to explore Kotor and some of the different local beaches. There was no ATM in Perast but we went to Risan for supplies from the supermarket.
The apartment was really clean and nice with a real beautiful view!
Our stay was unique and we enjoyed a much.
We spent a Nice time un this flat. Everything went well. Just note that the floor is made of wood and with our one year old son walking it was a bit annoying d'or pour neighbours ;) So everyday we were out by 7am. But afterall it was perfect. Temp was lower and we could enjoy the sea and the beach with pour kid.
Fantastic view of Perast and the Fyord. The apartment is very spacious and airy and pretty, with everything you need. So relaxing just to sit and watch the beautiful world go by. Loved the Juliette terrace to sit and drink my morning coffee. A very special place that we will come back too.
The kiddie beach is 5 min walk from the property and accommodates a lovely beach that is child safe and not very deep. The Pirate Bar is a 2 min walk and is open from morning till night. The beach is part sand part rock, but has sun umbrellas and sun lounges for all day hire. Otherwise, reserve a seat at the Pirate Bar and go for a dip when ever you like. It’s magic here, especially during sunset...
