Very private, not overlooked, ideal to wind down close to the beach

Lovely holiday villa with breathtaking views, facing the Natural Park of Marjal de Pego-Oliva. Nearly brand new equipment. Easy access to the main road to the beach and the tourist attractions, since the villa is close to a secondary entrace to Monte Pego and there are no twists and turns to get here. This is why you can get to the beach in only 10 minutes. 5 minutes drive to the restaurants and supermarkets in Pego, Verger and Els Poblets. Salt water pool which can be heated during Spring and Autumn. Complete privacy since the house is nearly not overlooked and there are no neighbours on either side. Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen. Ground floor: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome outside the house. The plot is fully fenced so it is safe for children and pets. Barbeque by the swimmingpool. Playground for adults and children. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. All rooms have independent air conditioning units. Parking space for 2 cars. Easy access to the highway to visit all the whitewashed villages in Costa Blanca, Javea, Altea and Benidorm. 10% IVA included in price. About Oliver C.

We are a couple with a 3 year old child. We have installed a playground so he can enjoy it during the weekends of winter and spring. We sleep there so now and then to do some maintenance works, so the villa should be perfect for your arrival.

Tastefully decorated, with natural materials (wooden furnitures, leader sofa, white cotton sheets...) nearly brand new! For holiday rental since 2013.

Very good conexions by road : access to AP7 highway AP7 (exit Denia - Ondara -Javea) at 10' to visit the Costa Blanca, the waterparks parks, some whitewashed villages, gorgeous beaches ...

Oh the beautiful beaches !!! These are the best of northern Costa Blanca , with white sand and not very crowded . The house is also near Oliva Nova Golf and Denia port with daily connections to Denia and Formentera Islands (same day round trip ticket from 50 euros) .

We can suggest some excursions around : natural park in front of the house , in the mountain Montgo with magnificent views of the sea, kayaking in the sea to the Cova Tallada , walk along the Rotes ...

Wonderful villa

Wonderful owners, very well maintained and everything to make to your holiday special, it was a lovely place and we will return again. There was very little noise and plenty of supermarkets around 5k, very nice beaches clear water and fine sand, great pool and bbq area. You will not regret going, be assured.

Todo está prácticamente nuevo y en la zona de piscina se está estupendamente. Fuimos dos parejas con dos adolescentes cada una y hay bastante espacio para 8 personas. Es una zona con vistas maravillosas y un buen punto de partida para hacer excursiones en el día a Jávea, Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Benidorm, Guardamar del Segura... ya que tiene muy buena comunicación por autopista. Volveremos seguro.
