2 Bedrooms + Attached Unit: 4 Queen Beds/3 Bath (Sleeps up to 8)

Location: Breckenridge Colorado, 80424, Summit County, USA.

This jewel is tucked away in a gorgeous setting. The location is as perfect as you can get! It's located just steps from the Quick Silver ski lift and you can walk to every restaurant and shop on Main Street. Yet, the townhouse is peaceful and quite as it occupies a corner of the concrete building.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cheery wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cheery wood doors throughout the unit, etc... feel free to call me for more information and availability. Accommodations: Condominium with Studio and two bedrooms - three full baths - Sleeps two to eight. Rent directly from owner and save. 42' HDTV 1080P and the three (3) bathrooms have been remodeled (new bath tubs and tile).

This condo at 'The Lift' boasts a premium location at the base of Peak 9 Mountain and just one block from Main Street. You don't need transportation because this prime location places you within a five minute walk from the best Breckenridge has to offer in skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating, fishing, fine or casual dining, shopping, and night life. The Quick Silver Ski Lift is just over 100 yard walk away just past Maggie's Pond.

This corner unit is 1150 square feet with a studio, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. This versatile Condo appeals to large families or three (3) couples which each can have their own room. The layout provides exceptional privacy with one common entrance and three separate doors to each of the two bedrooms and a large studio (full kitchen and living area). The sleeping arrangements are exceptional, studio has one queen bed, master bedroom has two queen beds, and second bedroom has one queen. All three rooms have a television set. The clock radios are compatible with your IPOD. A spacious, wrap-around deck provides additional space to gather before departing to your favorite activity. There are two indoor hot tubs, two outdoors tubs and a heated pool in the courtyard. Please see list of Amenities below. We have specials for weekly and monthly stays, owner direct.

Sorry, Pets are NOT allowed and this is a NON-SMOKING facility.

Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard in our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.

Better than described

Scott was very helpful with our stay the first week of July 2016. He made sure that any questions we had were answered quickly and responded within a few hours. The room was just as described, but the photos don’t do it justice. The dining area had plenty of room for a family with several kids. The Wi-FI worked without lagging and the beds were comfortable. The granite counter tops were nice and we could tell this had been recently remodeled. Covered parking and only having to walk up a few stairs was a big plus.

This feels like a nice 3 bedroom apartment directly to the south of Breckenridge. All of Breckenridge began with a 1 minute walk to downtown. There are also nice trails nearby within walking distance if you want to get away from the downtown scene. This location balanced the two well.

Breckenridge can get a little congested on Main Street. This location was perfect as traffic in and out of the complex was not bad at all. We’re not skiers, but the location was close to the lifts. For our family outing in the summer, we look forward to returning to Breck in the years to come.

Great for larger family!

The owner was very responsive when we contacted him. The condo itself was great for us. With a family of six, we were comfortable and not cramped. The area is quiet and not far from Main St. My only recommendation is to bring a chair with you if you like to sit on the deck and read like we do.

Great Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Breckenridge is a wonderful resort and this condo is in the middle of all of the activities. We could walk to the slopes within minutes. It is very well furnished and comfortable. There was plenty of space for two families. Scott was extremely helpful and did his best to make our stay a great one.

Great condo with a great owner

The location of this unit is great. Close to the Quick Silver Ski Lift, close to the main street, and good parking. We rented skis and snowboards from the website the owner recommended and saved some $$$. You can walk to the ski rental store in the morning, give them your shoes, they give you your skis/snowboards/boots/helmets. At the end of the day you can give them your equipment back to hold overnight for you, and they give you your shoes back. Walk back to the comfy condo and repeat the next day. Awesome! But, the best thing about the condo is Scott, the owner. He is VERY accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to questions or requests. He treated us like we were friends, not like a customer. Thank you Scott. We will look you up first for our next trip back to Breckenridge.

Great Condo for Larger Family

I requested a condo from Scott the beginning of January. He was very kind and accommodated our dates only 30+ days before needing the Condo. The location was good but the walk back to the condo from the lift was a short walk but did have a hill to walk up. Hot tubs only about 50 feet from the condo and large enough for 10-15 people. Scott was very helpful and I plan to rent again from him next year!

Awesome location to lift and town

We stayed here with our family of 4 for 2 weeks this January. The apartment was so convenient to both the lift and town. Great for our teenage children to be able to get out to ski by themselves or wander down to Main Street. We loved the location. The apartment was well furnished and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Scott's advise on local restaurants and supermarkets was spot on and we found him to be extremely helpful whilst planning our trip and during our stay.

We would definitely recommend Scott's unit to our friends and we will be back for sure! THANK YOU Scott.
