This jewel is tucked away in a gorgeous setting. The location is as perfect as you can get! It's located just steps from the Quick Silver ski lift and you can walk to every restaurant and shop on Main Street. Yet, the townhouse is peaceful and quite as it occupies a corner of the concrete building.

This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cheery wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand textured on all walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cheery wood doors throughout the unit, etc... feel free to call me for more information and availability. This condo at 'The Lift' boasts a premium location at the base of Peak 9 Mountain and just one block from Main Street. You don't need transportation because this prime location places you within a five minute walk from the best Breckenridge has to offer in skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating, fishing, fine or casual dining, shopping, and night life. The Quick Silver Ski Lift is within 200 yards walk away just past Maggie's Pond.

This corner unit is 1150 square feet with a studio, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. This versatile Condo appeals to large families or three (3) couples which each can have their own room. The layout provides exceptional privacy with one common entrance and three separate doors to each of the two bedrooms and a large studio (full kitchen and living area). The sleeping arrangements are exceptional, studio has one queen bed, master bedroom has two queen beds, and second bedroom has one queen. All three rooms have an HDTV. A spacious, wrap-around deck provides additional space to gather before departing to your favorite activity. There are two indoor hot tubs, two outdoors tubs and a heated pool in the courtyard. Great location , comfortable condo

This condo is a good size for a group with 3 baths, 4 queen beds, a well equipped kitchen and a short walk to the base of peak nine and the quicksilver superchair. We would definitely stay here again. I really like that there was plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent and some spices and staple items left in the kitchen. Check what is already there before a grocery trip.

A week at Breck

Some what disappointed with the room. Upon entering the unit, my first impression was that the pictures didnt represent the unit. The couches had excess wear and looked dirty and the carpet was dirty. I thought that the washer and dryer were in the room, but found out that they were in the basement in the other stairwell. They are also coin operated and no change machine in the room. Other places I have stayed for this price, provide free, in room laundry service. The room holds 8 people, but we had 7 in my party. We had one towel per person with no room service for the week. Again other places I have stayed supplied a change of towels and bedding for a week stay. There was an issue with a television that was broken, which Scott replaced. We had an issued with not enough hot water to take showers (would be cold after one or two showers) and a strange sound emminating from the ceiling above the master bedroom at night that hadn't be resolved by the time we left. The dining room table only seats 6 and sits in the middle of the kitchen, making it a tight space to cook in. There is nothing to absorb the water as the ice and snow melts off the skis if you bring them into the unit and store them in the hallway (need to make sure all snow is off them and dry them off before bring them in. I would recommend taking out the carpet of the living room and what would be the new dinning area and replace with tile flooring, replace the couches, replace the queen bed in the open area with a bunk bed and using the space for a proper dinning room that 8 people could dine in. I think the the hot water heater was working properly but was an issue with the val se in the showers. I would look into this. I did like the location of the property and its proximity to the lifts and Main Street. Scott was very accommodating to the issues that I made him aware of and if the recommended changes were done, I would consider staying there again.

Owner's Response: I appreciate the detailed suggestions. If all items had been brought to my attention earlier, I could have done more for the guests’ needs. The HDTV was reported to be damaged, and I replaced it shortly thereafter for this guest. I will be hanging the new HDTV on the wall to prevent future accidental damage. The sound above the unit was assessed by the property manager within the hour after having been reported. No sound was detected. The owner of the unit above was also alerted to the reported sound issue, and upon investigation found nothing. This unit has received no less than a four out of five-star rating in 15 years, so I have arranged the unit to be vacant five consecutive days starting on February 11, 2017. I will be reviewing all of the suggestions first hand, and handling them to the best of my abilities. (Steam-cleaning carpets, checking the hot water heater and valves, etc.) Guests, please bring items up to me promptly so I can make suggestions for corrections during your stay. For example, use my 30% discount for ski rentals which includes free ski storage at the Quicksilver Ski Lift. With my fifteen years of experience in owning and renting out my multiple units, I am able to offer several ideas and alternatives for individual needs. What’s good for one guest is not always ideal for another. I’m committed to doing my best to serve all guests!

Great Location, Great Value, Very Comfortable

Nestled away on a quiet side street in the heart of residential Breckenridge, Scott's property offers everything you could expect and hope for in a mountain getaway. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the open living area, which comfortably accommodated six adults on a daily basis after a full day's skiing. The proximity to the slopes was a great plus as not having to hassle with parking or shuttles saved us a substantial amount of valuable time.

Lastly, Scott was extremely helpful every step of the way and would respond to any inquiries in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will gladly be looking to stay here again in the future.

The condo is gorgeous. Easy walk to the lifts and to (and from) the bar at the bottom of Peak 9! Covered parking is much appreciated; it snowed every night we were there. We will definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it. When in town for dinner, try Eric's on Main street and Fatty's (a couple of blocks east of Main).

Better than described

Scott was very helpful with our stay the first week of July 2016. He made sure that any questions we had were answered quickly and responded within a few hours. The room was just as described, but the photos don’t do it justice. The dining area had plenty of room for a family with several kids. The Wi-FI worked without lagging and the beds were comfortable. The granite counter tops were nice and we could tell this had been recently remodeled. Covered parking and only having to walk up a few stairs was a big plus.

This feels like a nice 3 bedroom apartment directly to the south of Breckenridge. All of Breckenridge began with a 1 minute walk to downtown. There are also nice trails nearby within walking distance if you want to get away from the downtown scene. This location balanced the two well.

Breckenridge can get a little congested on Main Street. This location was perfect as traffic in and out of the complex was not bad at all. We’re not skiers, but the location was close to the lifts. For our family outing in the summer, we look forward to returning to Breck in the years to come.

Great for larger family!

The owner was very responsive when we contacted him. The condo itself was great for us. With a family of six, we were comfortable and not cramped. The area is quiet and not far from Main St. My only recommendation is to bring a chair with you if you like to sit on the deck and read like we do.
