Our town home features an open floor plan with a private deck, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools, dining room with a table for up to 6, a comfortable living room with HD TV, DVD player and Roku and game table, and a powder room. There is a full patio set on the deck off the dining/living room, with awesome views and sounds of the Rocky Branch River below and a gas grill at the bottom of the stairs off the deck. The lower level features a master bedroom with its own private full bathroom, queen bed, and dresser. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress below and a twin above, a dresser and another TV and DVD player for the kids. The lower level also has a second full bath, a washer and dryer, and a spacious storage closet in the hallway. All bedroom furniture and mattresses were brand new in 2019.
