Apartment was nice, Fully stocked kitchen. Location was nice, can see pool from front balcony, so I could see daughter swimming from room. Complex well maintained. I would give it a 5, but beach and fence had extensive damage from recent storm. They were repairing fence during our stay.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Beautiful property, steps from the beach and the pool. Owner is very accommodating, definitely would visit again.
The resort is very nice and feels safe- gated community with security guard. From this unit, the beach is very close and although small, it is really nice!! Great sand and waves- perfect for boogie boarding! You can see the water from the deck, which is nice. Easy walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. The location is also good relative to other activities- 20 minutes from El Yunque rainforest, 30 from San Juan, and 45 from Fajardo Bay. There are also a couple other beaches nearby in Luqillo and other places if you want to mix it up. Walmart is close by to get groceries and anything else you may need. The unit was clean and nice and Victoria was very helpful in answering any questions we had!! We had a great experience!
We had an amazing time!! We was told about the water drought n was giving options but Victoria still made us feel comfortable with continuing with the trip n we have no regrets!! The place was beautiful n well kept! We had more then enough of everything we needed...towels...beach towels...paper plates...cups...Janet was there to greet us n she was also a sweet person! Any questions or concerns I had Victoria was just a text or call away. I also had security number on my cell if I had any questions at all! I Def would come back! Kids loved the beach n the late swims at the pool :) lol we felt like we had our own private beach....not crowded at at...felt safe...gated community! Thanks Victoria!
Exactly as described. We had 3 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. The grounds are impeccable. It was peaceful and quiet. Most of the time we had the pool/beach to ourselves. All the staff at the complex are extremely friendly. It is very safe and secure. The pools were great. The beach is very very private. The location is off the beaten path but the drive either along the coast or through the canopy of trees is so pretty. We loved the location because it was quiet yet close to anything you could need. The Amigo grocery store was excellent but Walmart is close as well. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The grill was awesome to have. The things I like to have in a condo on vacation are the washer/dryer and an ice machine. This had both. The beach chairs, boogie boards etc. were so great to have! Watching all the Iguana's sun themselves was fun. The drive to neighboring beaches, the rain forest etc. was so easy. There is more we want to explore so we will be back for sure. We had a few minor little things come up that Jaime was right on to handle. He was available and responsive always! He even met us at the rental car place so we could follow him to the condo. Don't hesitate to rent this unit! Thanks Jaime for such a great stay!

Loíza is known as 'El Pueblo de la Cacica'. Loíza was proclaimed a town officially in 1692 and named in honor of Yuisa or Luisa, one of the women caciques on the island when the Spanish conquerors arrived. Settled by Nigerian slaves of the Yoruba tribe in the 16th century, Loíza is a center for African-inspired traditions, retaining one of the highest percentages of African descendants of all island towns. Among those traditions Loíza celebrates the 'Fiestas Patronales' where salsa dancing, masquerades, colorful parades and rich Puerto Rican food make this festival a classic. The nine days of this carnival pay homage to Loízas patron saint, St. James.
Loíza is a great place to sample the Puerto Rican variety of Afro-Caribbean cuisine.
Its San Patricio Church (begun in 1645) is the oldest on the island still active as a parish church.
Loíza is located in the northeastern coast, north of Canóvanas; east of Carolina; and west of Río Grande.
The surrounding areas produces sugarcane.
