Wake up and have your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the roof top deck with skyline views of downtown San Diego. Watch the fireworks almost nightly! Take a short walk to the beach, or village for dinner, shopping, whatever. Great west facing front porch for relaxing. Home is between 9th and 10th on H.

Enjoy the fabulous gourmet kitchen with all of the latest appliances, or grill up a great dinner on the b.b.q. out door kitchen. After dinner soak in the wonderful jacuzzi. Take a luxurious steam shower in the large master bath suite. Watch a great movie on the 52' plasma with surround sound in the comfortable family room. Great master bedroom with King bed and balcony and French doors, Queen bed in sizable second bedroom with window seat, and own bath with deep soaking tub, down bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and its own beautiful marble bath with shower. Multipurpose room has a fold out sofa with double bed mattress. Large granite counter bar in kitchen, and formal dining room. Big laundry with wash sink, and drip line for those beach items. Out door shower for those sandy days after the beach.
