Very nice vacation home
My wife and I really enjoyed this spacious, very clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated home. Pictures are exact except the owner installed a new dock. The water view from the patio is stunning. Very relaxing,
Everything needed was provided.Great area ( Old Florida touch) small shops and good restaurants within walking distance.Traffic on the island can be busy at times during the day but it moves slowly so it's not noisy. Highly recommend.
Great location in Matlacha
Wonderful location to be able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Matlacha, especially The Perfect Cup (best place for breakfast and lunch). Very clean and well maintained home. A great place to really relax. Owner very helpful when needed. I would recommend this property.
This Matlacha house is a definite "Wow" when you unlock the front door! The main living area is open all the way to the triple sliding doors with a fabulous view of the bay. Every room is decorated beautifully, with lots of personal touches and interesting artwork. The kitchen is large, fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and provides granite-countertop seating as well. The lovely master bedroom has views on the bay and a generously sized en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The backyard is a wonderful place to sit and watch osprey, pelicans, and jumping fish or just to enjoy the sunshine with a lovely breeze to keep you cool. The house is within walking distance of cafes, gift shops, and art galleries; the vibe is definitely funky and fun!
We loved our stay here and would recommend giving it a try for a relaxing get-away.
